Apparently the tail tastes like bacon when cooked. Shark tastes absolutely awful though, I’d say the worst seafood/meat I’ve ever had actually. I lived in Belize for 6 months they got crocs n sharks

Except pigs are inferior in taste and health. Their meat is not lean, it’s the fattest meat out there.
Pork is dramatically superior in taste; and that is down to the fat content. Croc is just another lean bird when it comes to flavour.
