      Do i stop cutting?

      smaller
You were never big to begin with, as you mistook fat for muscles

i am getting smaller dude. Should i just dirtybulk?

      >twinkmode
Not with that face, being pretty is a requisite

      what do you mean?

Losing fat = getting smaller. Try maintaining as much muscle as possible while losing most fat before bulking (building muscle)

You can start bulking now and actually stick with it, but you have to ACTUALLY GO TO THE FRICKING GYM.
You’re just gonna yoyo back up to your old fat self if you don’t.
        Eat enough protein.
        Actually work out.
I wouldn’t recommend a dirty bulk, but honestly the most important part is that you are GOING TO THE GYM.
You will now be eating with purpose.
Make sure your cut wasn’t in vain.
        Ya gotta actually build muscle.

You should actually train and clean bulk (small but still noticeable caloric surplus, cardio every day)

Have you been going to the gym?

      Look at his pics.
      I don’t think so.
Plus when you’re cutting at first coming out of fat/ skinny fat mode you’re usually actually fricking starving yourself and don’t have the energy to go to the gym.
That first cut is brutal but you gotta just get it out of the way.
Losing weight sucks and I don’t blame people for wanting to just get it over with. At that early point in the fitness journey most people aren’t in tune with the idea of “slow and steady.”
They just want to see results and borderline develop an eating disorder.
      Shit man, I did it.
I had to lose 75 lbs before I started lifting.
I got ghoulishly skinny and then started lifting and eating right.

I was asking because I'm currently doing the same thing but AM going gym, and don't want to look like that by the end of the cut otherwise i'd drop the gym and just focus on diet.

Yeah dude, keep going to the gym.
A lot of people just want to see immediate results and they need that for motivation.
People get discouraged if they don’t feel like they’re making progress.
If you’re still going to the gym then you won’t see as much of an impact on the scale (because you’ll be building muscle and not losing as much fat), but you’ll look better at the end of the whole process.
Plus you’ll be better prepared for when you’re on a cut and are actually trying to do it the right way without losing muscle after a bulk.
Slow and steady is the way, and you sound like you’ve got the dedication and see the bigger picture.
It all depends on how much of a hurry you’re in to lose the fat.
And shit I guess worst case you could go full eating disorder and keep going to the gym.
          How overweight are you?

I'm roughly 7.5kg away from the upper band of 'healthy'. I assume I'm going to want to go even lower than that when i get there. I do full body 3x a week, protein focused diet, 400 cal deficit since i started ( 1 month). You are right there is barely any progress at all on the scale ( <1kg) . But I do feel more muscular despite noticing any visible changes. I'll try my best to stick with it till 2024.

Dude. Just eat more protein and lift. Don't bulk, don't cut. Youre dyel and can recomp while you get noob gains. That will make you lose fat and gain muscle

You should actually lift. And increase protein content without increasing total calories.

I'd aim for maintenance and just try harder in the gym if I were you.

Don't bulk, all it's gonna do is turning you into a fatass

Cut while consuming enough protein for muscle building
