>cut sugar and bread completely. >lift 3 times a week, cardio on weekends

>cut sugar and bread completely
>lift 3 times a week, cardio on weekends
1 month later
>no change in weight
>no change in physique
>always tired, even after 8 hours of sleep
>more depressed and irritable
>skin problems exactly the same
Fricking hopeless. The only real upside was not having to wipe after shiting most of the time.

Three times a week is nothing. Try harder. Make sure your protein intake is your highest intake as well.

One thing in your life has improved already, then. Seems Like a win to me.

Give it a few more months, good things take time and are difficult to achieve.

So high carb high calorie rice. That is for people who are doing a lot of exercise and need the fuel. Not lose weight. High protein on days you do little exercise and high carb foods like rice only on days you do a lot of exercise is the best method according to fitness trainers.

You need more vegetables and fiber. If you hate vegetables, eat probiotic rich foods. Probiotics will change your brain to crave and like vegetables. Some good superfoods that you only need a little of to be healthy are swiss chard, bok choy, turnip greens, carrots, sweet potato, carrots, scallions, garlic, beans. Grains like Amaranth and oats have more health benifits than rice. Swiss chard will especially help your energy if the issues is low potassium. Liver will help if it is low B12.

This anon is right. Organ meat like liver is high in B12, iron, and other things rare in our diet that will boost your energy. Good news is liverwurst or braunschweiger are pretty good on crackers and easy to find. If you really hate the taste, just force down a small slice. Around 4 oz is your entire daily need of iron and B12.

Track your calories or do more exertion when you exercise. You're obviously eating so much food, just cutting those out didn't do shit. Are you tracking how many calories you are burning while exercising? Is it half assed or do you actually get your heart rate up? I can eat like absolute garbage and as long as I walk for 4 hours the days I eat like garbage, I don't gain any weight.

When I gave up wheat I definitely noticed a gradual decrease in how tired I would be through out the day
The game changer came when I discovered Rumo gluten free pasta
