tired of it. sick of being skinny fat. tired of having a beer belly. i am aware twink death is hitting me soon. probably manic as frick right now but thats what i need im ready for change and im sick of being a fat fricking moron with a drinking problem. whats the most brutal yet effective way to burn body fat. i need results i need my jawline back. ive always been a skinnier guy but since my metabolism just crashed since im not a teen anymore i realize change needs to happen so i would like for IST to tell me how the frick i lose weight fast. will provide additional information upon request.

          used to work shipyard a couple of months ago. lots of labor, lots of cardio and walking. had to climb ladders with a 50lb backpack. really got me into shape and i was sitting at 190 despite not really caring about dieting. i didnt look bad either. but rn no im unemployed the most my heart beats is when im fricking or masturabting. other than that nothing rn.

            1600 kcal a day, at least 120g of protein
            count your calories
            1600 kcal is a pretty hard diet, lower that if you can handle it, when you feel the pressure bump it up to 1800-1900
            cut carbs hard
            eat a little bit of fat, no fried food or oils, vegetables are your friend, drink 3L of water every day, get potassium and magnesium supps, keep some salt in your diet (electrolytes) if you're going to have carbs try to eat them in a small span during the day, otherwise you'll keep your insulin spiked and you'll feel hungry all the time

            try to avoid fruit and if you're going to have a snack make sure it's within your kcal allowance

        I did intermittent fasting with omad which worked for a year and a half. Then my body just completely adopted to it, to the point where hard running 6 miles wasn't enough to lose any more weight. If you're at a plateau you HAVE to count calories and that's all there is to it. Start at 4000 then work your way down until you see results. Eggs are good because they're 70-80 per egg. I ate ten of them and the rest was carbs, mainly potatoes. That's how I lost the rest.

      Fasting only bounces back when you stop, it may help morbidly obese people that need that kind of regime first while helping with their insulin sensitivity but it's not a solution for someone that has an average weight.
      What he needs is to build an habit that is sustainable and that helps him achieve his goal over time.

      Nta but im fastin 16:8 and in a calorie deficit,idk how much exactly but only eating 1 meal of rice and chicken breast a day and 1 peach for snack.Body fat % decent abs almost visible but the fricking love handles wont go away im literally starvin myself to death while doin 1h of incline treadmill what do

    if you really want pain go find some DNP and run it at 6mg/kg dosage. Any higher will kill you. If you're stupid you will die on the shit but you can lose up to 2lbs of lard a day in my personal experience. You will puke, cry, shit, die and suffer more than you can imagine but after 3 weeks you will weigh up to 45lbs less. If you're not actually smart you will just have a nice day w this shit by accident so be warned. It takes 8 days to reach full strength and tons of morons suicide by double dosing for a couple days. Eight days later those double doses peak and they die from cooking their brain inside their own head at worst and at best you cook your corneas and go blind.

    Are you man enough to get exactly what you asked for? I doubt it.

      I'm also a dnp fan, but I run about a third of the dose you do and drop 0.5-1lb a day, or even more if I actually eat at a deficit. That's a low enough dose that I can still work, lift, and do cardio without feeling completely dead. I am a sweaty mf on the stuff tho.

        I am happiest at about 4.4mg/kg, any higher is an exercise in torment and suffering that could make a monk blush. I don't work though so its no problem for me to do nothing but groan on an exercycle under the heat pump fan for a couple hours a day when cutting. Last cycle I did was 3 weeks of 6mg/kg. I was too exhausted to beat off. Four days after stopping I got enough strength left to crank one out and the DNP in my balls came out clumped up instead of as nut dye. Weird shit lol, took a few busts to get it all flushed out

    I had a great success with HIIT/Circuit training and strength training. Full body 2-3x/week and HIIT 2x/week. Mostly glycolotic work + some long steady distance like hiking as a recovery. Watch your diet too because you cannot outlift six pack a night.

    Energy influx helps you burn fat without crashing your metabolism, OP. Only do small changes in your diet that you can adapt, don't make huge changes that will make you miserable. Only diet that works is the one you can follow long term. You will have to train hard to burn the fat but eating less will just make you feel weak and it will break your will faster than your fat will burn.
