Grilled fish has a shit ton of protein with very few calories. You should also consider fat free milk, 90 calories per glass, 12 grams of protein.
Other good options are tuna sandwiches with low fat mayo and a bunch of coliflower

However you should try and add some cholesterol and sat fat foods as your T tanks when you’re cutting
I love to make scrambled eggs with russet potatoes mixed in, for less fat use less eggs and pour in liquid egg whites, air fry your potatoes with a bit of oil, add a bunch of chopped onions and bell peppers
Vegetables are low calorie and make you feel full
Whole oats, fish, kale
this is my cutting diet, losing 10lb a month
