    Grilled fish has a shit ton of protein with very few calories. You should also consider fat free milk, 90 calories per glass, 12 grams of protein.

    Other good options are tuna sandwiches with low fat mayo and a bunch of coliflower

    I love to make scrambled eggs with russet potatoes mixed in, for less fat use less eggs and pour in liquid egg whites, air fry your potatoes with a bit of oil, add a bunch of chopped onions and bell peppers

    I replace a meal or two per day with bone broth. Also has collagen for better skin. Get the good shit though that's boiled over 10 hours. I get kettle and fire

      A few years back I started fasting and had only water. Turns out you need to add electrolytes or your body starts fricking up. I was getting cramps and headaches and one day I walked into work and everyone kept telling me I was white as a ghost.
