Try adding some protein to it.
Bulk Nutrients Future Whey or Muscle Nation Protein Water work a treat. Dissolve the protein fully in the cold water before you add it to the jelly+hot water solution so it doesn't turn out all grainy.

        Dont give a shit.
If 95% of the rest of your diet is fresh whole foods, who gives a frick if a snack every now and again is processed? Still better than 99% of people's diets.

if you have high blood pressure or high cholesterol you have to restrict your saturated fat

          >if you have high blood pressure or high cholesterol you have to restrict your saturated fat

you have to restrict your seed oils.

saturated fat don´t elevate your cholesterol levels.
when you ingest too much seed oils, they are unsaturated so their molecule damages the arteries tissue, because to become saturated again, the molecule since is unsaturated, it steals from the arteries a group Hidroxila(OH), this damages the endotelium.
The animal Cholesterol prevent this oxidation, and keep the endothelial safe.

But fat from animal or vegetable sources is still fat and each gram is 9cal, either way you need to eat animal fat, but have to take care with the amount of fat you ingest, not because is "muh unhealthy" but because is higher in calories.

My go-to for this cut has been
    Salad- 260 cals - 14 protein
    >coleslaw mix, dried cranberries, pear, feta, balsamic, salt
    Yogurt- 360 cals- 54 protein
    >0% greek yogurt, scoop of choco protein powder, bit of protein granola, dried apply chips, strawberries/ raspberries

The salad is really saving my cut. Its a big ass bowl for very little calories and its tasty and satiating.
