Dark circles under eyes

How do i get rid of these? i have deep marks of circles under my eyes and sometimes even darker skin near the top of the nose, had these since puberty mostly because i was a coomer for a long time but stopped 1 or 2 years ago yet they still are here. Any supplements i can take or particular skincare routine you recommend IST?

you can't really, i have them too OP and it sucks, makes me look like a fricking old man. if i use my fingers to cover them up in the mirror and 'fill in' the space using my mind, i look 10x more attractive, its infuriating.

but yeah you cant get rid of them. they're there because of genetics, your skin under your eye is just a little thinner than the average person's, so the blood beneath is showing a little more, which causes the colouration. only solution is to pay to get silicone fillers, but i wouldn't recommend it. there's some nasty stories out there - otherwise, consider concealer (yeah i do it, so what)

It’s directly related to the amount of food in your digestive tract. I don’t know if it’s blood flow related, hormone related, leaky intestine related, or what, but the solution is to live on a relatively low calorie diet and eat small meals. Skinny people don’t need much food to function optimally, both physically and mentally. You may scoff at this response but screenshot it for when you’re older and more receptive.

      wait really im super skinny

Kek based and true. There's a gay in my friend group who has beady black eyes and dark circles around his eyes and he's always complaining about how depressed he is and how much women hate him.
Genuinely wish he'd kill himself just so I don't have to see his ugly fricking face, but I know he won't because he loves himself way too much.

Also if you're reading this David, since I know you browse this shithole site, have a nice day. No one will ever willingly get naked with you when you have resting rapeface syndrome

This makes sense from my experience. My dark circles always subside when I fast, even intermittent fasting helps

Is this true? I've just started another five day fast, but I've never noticed any receeding in the darkness around my eyes, though I'm usually too busy mirin' them cheekbones whenever I fast.

Set an alarm to go off every 15-30 minutes, have a few target objects at different distances visible from your work area, look at them in a random order and make sure you focus to change up the muscles you're using.
Also stop having a job/lifestyle that makes you look at a screen all day.

      1. Monitors with a 144hz refresh rate are generally best because they are "smoother". So are monitors that allow you to reduce the amount of blue light your eyes receive. Also, "Cinematic" or "gaming" monitors are very colorful, but they also bombard your eyes with frickloads of blue light that can strain your eyes.
      2. Watching a bright screen in a dark room will frick your eyes. Be sure to dim them if you are watching in total darkness, or add a light behind the monitors.
      3. Your eyes shouldn't be hurting from simply looking at a screen. Consider seeing an eye doctor if you feel the need to strain when watching a computer screen.

It's not because you jerk offd once 2 years ago you fricking moron, and it's not because you aren't sleeping enough or sunning your taint or whatever. It's called Tear Trough Deformity, you don't have enough fatty tissue around your eyes, and the only solution is to have hyaluronic acid filler injected or silicone implants placed under your eyes.

I'm at the point where I'm almost considering injections or using fricking makeup to hide mine.
I get enough sleep, but I have to get up early due to work, so I can't push the time I get up and see if that's the issue.
    I get plenty of sun.
I drink close to a gallon of water, and make sure to get my electrolytes, so it's not dehydration.
I'm not stressed in any way.
I just got that permanent "kind of tired sleep won't fix" look.

The more caffeine i ingest the bigger mine gets. Didn't know caffeine affected my sleep that much as i don't feel it except the bags under the eyes get huge. Also not sleeping during day and being awake at night.

Lots of good advice in this thread, but if your eye bags are super puffy too, especially in the morning, it can be caused by sleeping on your stomach/side. Has something to do with bloodflow while you sleep. Sleep on your back if you can, had this problem a while ago but I just mentally can't sleep on my back for some reason.

You're probably exhausted and drained, probably with a lot weighing on your soul.
Manage your stress better, better nutrition, exercise, better fatigue management, better sleep
Most importantly treat your mind better
And fill your heart with what heals your soul, it will replenish you

    there's nothing you can do

source: been to dermatologist and plastic surgeon to try and fix this. Best workaround was ps injected my own fat in the lower part to make my orbital bone from the eye not look so hollow/deep so by having extra fat below the eye it helps the dark circles a little and it only lasts like 6 months.

dont do hyaluronic acid, if they inject you wrong you'll go blind forever, not worth the risk. I just wear sunglasses i guess

Depends on the cause. If like me you have deepset facial features and are genetically predisposed to it then you are shit out of luck. Went to see a dermatologist about it years ago and they said it's just my tear ducts beneath my eyes and the skin being thin there. Only real way to deal with it is with concealer but I'm not about to start wearing makeup like some b***h
