Me? I'm the coolest guy in the gym. I'm never as cool, calm, and focused as when I'm in the gym. Why? It's either going up or it's not. I either did the work last session and recovered, or I didn't.

You haven't lost muscle in 12 days. You've lost glycogen and water retention- your muscles were smaller than you thought they were. You'll get the water back again after the 1st session.

I've had good progress fixing my sloped shoulders by focusing on delts. I want to fill out my jackets better
I didn't train for 4 weeks and when I came back I was just as strong as I was before. If you're sick or injured then I get it, but if you're just being lazy, get your ass back in the gym
