test isn't that important, anyone who tells you differently is trying to sell you something. If you really want to keep it at steady levels, take 50mg of zinc picolinate daily with a multivitamin and you'll be fine
Some guy in a thread told me that i was lower energy because i gained fat and i lost some testosterone because of that. in 2022 i was lean all year at around 11-12 and now that im 16 and sleeping one hour less per night had effects on my physique the other guy told me. also fit is preaching 12% is the standard and anything above that is subhuman

I guess it comes down to if you're aiming to lose weight or bulk.
I'm still working on my last 20lbs while maintaining the muscle I have from benching in my early 20s. So to me, 15 eggs at around 1k cals and 90g of protein is fine.
Once I go for bulking I'm gonna want that 90g to boost towards 110-120g, but my goal rn is losing the remainder of what I've got.
Shit does get expensive.

Honestly went through something similar but without the weight gain, cutting sucks at first but you get used to it, get over the 2 week hump and you will start to see improvement, after that your brain will associate the slight feeling of "hunger" with looking better and you won't even notice it after a while.
Remember your ancestors went days without food and were just fine, you can wait a day before eating again.

and I have a protein shake with two scoops before my workout mixed with 1% milk, then a meal with a meat and mashed potatoes, I switch the meat daily, either fish, chicken, beef or pork. Then a can of tuna. Technically not OMAD but all of my calories are consumed within 2 hours of each other, so close enough
