I was gone for a wedding, and I did overeat, had a bunch of carbs and genuinely had a good time doing so. Was hell on my stomach though.
But! We are going to come back, 8 days left of the challenge. Time to go hard as frick

Welcome back! A little break from 1000cals was probably only a good thing.
True, it felt good to eat a bacon cheeseburger but at the same time it reminded me that carbs quickly can add weight. My body had its refresh, metabolism boost and now it's time to fast hard.
Personally, I enjoy being leanner than eatting. This weekend, kind of proved to me that eating lean and not bloating mid day has more effects on my mood than eating tasty food
I'm not too far away from my weight goal, 20lbs is my personal goal between now and next summer, 12lbs is my next weight checkpoint and I'm only a few lbs away from that
I do, the progress is really good. On day 30 I'll show them

If you eat normally your bowels are full. Now, if you start to crash diet and only eat half or a third of the previous food, your bowels will also only contain half of the waste. That's why you 'gained' 2.2lbs after overeating, it's just that your bowels are full now. Jesus you're stupid.

Almost where I want to be. Need about 2 more lbs off so I'll still look lean with normal gylogen and water retention

163 to 141 i figure at least 5 or 6 is water/glycogen. Only logged cardio not steps or lifting so the deficit is probably even larger than it appears.
