Thank you, this challenge has been a learning experience. An insane test of my willpower and aside from a few hiccups here and there, I feel like I leveled up as a person because of it. I'm happy anons have been here to post/encourage/shitpost about it, it would he much harder if I wasn't being held accountable by my fellow LEANCHADS

Yeah I was at a bachelor party/wedding last weekend. Ate and drank a shit ton, and didn't uphold the challenge. Paying for it now in water weight. Although I looked really fit and got a lot of compliments from my friends
Aside from that, I'll likely reduce my dinner by half and switch my cardio from high incline walking to running to sweat more
Sauna works very well for that if you have access to one.

Personally, it's supposed to be a challenge 500 to 1500 calorie deficit is challenging, but to each their own. Do what makes you feel comfortable and I can't wait to see your progress

That's the problem with just counting the calories and not being mindful of the quality of your foods. Make sure to take a look on that after you finish this.
Of course. Normally I stick to a low cal, high protein diet. Even when I'm not doing this challenge, but because I was at my friends wedding I let myself go entirely. Pancakes, burgers, pizza.
It was a learning experience. To be more mindful of what I eat, having a "frick it I'm on vacation" attitude made me feel bloated, slow and sluggish for a long time

Sure water weight played a huge role in early loss, but from my peak loss of 9.7lbs, that still adds up to about 8 to 9lbs bodyfat lost total when you add normal water weight to it

I eat egg whites and chicken and cheese
For lunch I eat 1 cup of premixed eggwhite, chicken, cheese
Then for dinner I eat 1 cup of eggwhite and 4oz of chicken and sprinkle some cheese on top
I take a vitamin and electrolyte drink

You can swap these with liver and salt water (specially when you work out)
Sometimes I envy fat people who want to get fit. All you have to do is don't eat like a pig and move your fat ass. While if you are a skeleton on a bulk everything can go wrong. Maybe you were bulking with the wrong food and now you are skinnifat. Maybe you were working out too hard so despite the fact you eat to the point you have to vomit you are still on a calorie deficit. If you are fat everyone claps and compliments you for your efforts, yet my weight gains go absolutely unnoticed and I'm still the skinny guy of the group.
So I'm happy for your progress, but also kinda frick you.
