LEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sounds like a horrible idea
why do fatties always diet down to like 150 lbs
you can eat well and weigh a respectable amount if you just lift
Because being lean is better than being strong fat, or built, or "respectable weight.tm"
If you're not lean, you're wasting your time. Nobody cares about the value of your lifts. They care if you have muscle definition. Girls want the veins forearms, the abs, the obliques. They don't want a guy who benches 3pl8s, they want the guy with the model body.
It's always a sour grapes fatass making these comments. Maybe you should try this challenge and lose your gut
Delusion. Women don't care about leanness. I've been skinny most of my life and get more attention at 220 than 175.
>Women don't want skinny
>Brad Pitts fight club body is the sexiest body of all time across multiple faceless studies
>jacked bodybuilders rated dead last in attractiveness scale
Cope harder
source: a strawpoll asking people on IST, of which half are trolls and a significant portion are mentally ill AGPgays like me who idealize body #4
It was actually r/askwomen on reddit with 100+ users
What are AGPgays?
women care about more than looks, once you look passable or relatively good other factors gain importance. It's why lifting for them has always been a moronic move.
inb4
>but I want a model girlfriend
you don't. You might think you do, but you don't
I want to look my best. I don't want to be strong.tm, or big.tm my best look is the look that gets women's attention the most aka being lean.
I'm not doing this because I want a gf, or because I want to have sex or any pedantic reason other than being lean boosts my confidence and makes me feel like I'm on top of the world. That feeling of women watching you take off your shirt and smiling/blushing is exhilarating.
Plus. I have tons of Calisthenic goals, that a lower bodyweight will support. Being able to do advanced holds because I weigh less, will give me an advantage over where I was previously.
Soon I'll hit my goal weight, have sub 10% bodyfat, and I'll have one arm pull ups, planches, handstands and muscle ups down.
All of those lifts get mired more than a high bench or deadlift.
Then there's also being a pinnacle of health and fitness to inspire my kids. When my kids watch me do those holds, they will see just how strong and capable their father is.
Anyone can bench 2pl8s with enough food and training. Only the dedicated can pull off handstand pushups.
My entire future is going to be based on the weightloss I'm making today. That's why I want to be lean. Thats why I'm going hard on this challenge.
I
WILL
BE
LEAN!!!!!!!!!
Lean and mean. Getting sub 10% body fat with real lean natural muscle definition is peak aesthetic. Woman are literally tripping over themselves for you to notice them. It’s obviously hard work to get to that level but once you are in that zone it’s effortless to maintain. good luck anon
I don't' want you to succeed because you're a moron but the best and easiest way to be lean is to have some muscle, or else you are just going to diet down to nothing and look like shit. Your training routine is stupid and your idea of starving yourself until you look like a model is stupid. Focus on getting your lifts up and eating a decent diet
Why you always minding what other people, even women, think or want ?
I doubt you were skinny at 175
t. started at 6'1" 145, currently 195
I was otter whatever. I worked out. I'm taller than you. I was definitely lean. Get more attention now with more muscle and no abs
But I'm sure you have love handles if you have no abs. Don't they look awful when you're putting on clothes? I can't live that life anymore
I will succeed. This is my path. It works for me, it doesn't have to work for you. I already have a good muscle base and I just need to lose bodyfat. Getting my lifts up doesn't solve my core problem. Bodyfat is hard to lose unless you're at a deficit of some kind. Slow deficit is too slow, I can't wait years to be lean anymore.
I
WILL
BE
LEAN!!!!!!!
watch out guys we've got a mind reader over here
>They care if you have muscle definition.
You will end up skinny fat or like a twink if you only eat 1k calories a day, no muscle definition for you moron.
You will also slow your metabolism so much the moment you start to eat properly again you will easily gain 10lbs.
Fatties always want the easy way, developing a good body takes time.
You have any before and after pictures that would prove your point? You can go on Google and see multiple 1000 calorie results. They all have good results and none that are claiming what you're saying would happen
This is a fitness board you lazy, crash dieting chubster homosexual. Take your thinspo non-lifting trash back to r*ddit.
>eating 1000 calories a day AND lifting everyday is "lazy"
If anything I've worked harder than ever to complete this challenge
No trendlines until the final results.

To build suspense. Why spoil the fun. We've waited 30days for this
>To build suspense
You spam this every day
I sure do. So what's my final weight?
Probably a pound more or less from what the chart said yesterday. So suspenseful.
I didn't post a chart yesterday either
It was up
I posted yesterday but I didn't post trends yesterday
I haven't actually posted trends for awhile. This is the last one I've posted
Okay man the thread was up. There was a chart.
oooofff I was so stocked ! Anyhow you go man ! Believed in you when I saw the first thread. Frick em gay ass naysayers.
Thanks anon, means a lot to me. Frick the naysayers!

Pics tomorrow? Im excited, been here since day 6 or 7 iirc
Day 31, day 30 is the last day of the challenge and the final results will be the day after
I'm also excited too. I'll be putting together documentation and images together. The reveal will be fun
Good for you dude and I am looking forward to the progress pics tomorrow, you're absolutely right in your assessment of lean being the ideal male physique, I'm on day 3 and ur chart inspired me
Thank you guys!!! These comments help me keep going through the ups and downs
WE
WILL
BE
LEAN!!!!!!
Hope you'll be inspired by your results anon. I went from 235lbs of lard to 150 with some lean mass, and while I ended up getting the death face by the end of it, having abs showing even while relaxed was almost addicting. Ultimately I knew that I really wanna be as big and juicy as I can get, but it was fun to commit to something and seeing the results.
Looking forward to the progress pics, hope you enjoyed the process!
I'm already inspired by my results weeks ago, seeing the weight Drop and my abs show has been really motivating.
The process wasn't fun. But the results show, so it's worth it. But still, making the process easier defeats the purpose of the challenge. I had to go through this to appreciate it.
2 days and I can finally show off my results. I'm excited about it
next month let's do a 1 month nofap general give our little twigs some time off
Looking forward to tomorrow:)
Same, one last day. I will actually be posting pictures the day after (day 31) since day 30 is still part of the challenge. But pictures are coming soon
Anybody have any ideas of what pictures I should post
>before and after
>charts and trends
>????
I believed in you from the beginning.. i think I told you to up your cals slightly and get more protein just in case. Good to see you stick with it.
Thanks anon! I'm glad I stuck through it and all of you who believed in me can see the results
How much did ya lose anon? I'd wager it must be close to 20lbs. Good job nonetheless. I know first week is the hardest after which it gets a lot easier once you're used to hunger pangs.
I'm sitting at upwards of 25%bf right now. Want to get to sub15 by new years. I'll be doing 1500 calorie challenge from today with cardio and gym in alternate days.
Can you tell me much did you lose in your
>first week
>after 2 weeks
> 3 weeks
>at the end of the challenge
>did it have an impact on your skin and mental alertness
Stay tuned. In 2 days I'll be doing a results with a "tell all" although you can see most of my progress here
Good luck in your endeavor, in 3 months time, I'm sure you can hit sub 15 or get close to it if you're doing a similar diet
As far as affects on my skin, I haven't seen any. Mental alertness went down before my body got used to ketosis. I don't mentally feel different, but I sure am physically exhausted
How about a life fricking time of staying healthy and balanced homie !? Do you have what it takes ?
T. Stay hard
Wut?
