30 Day Challenge
>1000 calories a day
>no junk food or extra meals

Feels good boys. Already almost down 5lbs. At this rate losing 20lbs is going to be easy af
I WILL BE LEAN
You'll lose more muscle than anything else only eating 1000 calories a day
As long as I lose bodyfat, I can sacrifice some muscle
FRICK OFF.
I
WILL
NOT
BINGE
I
WILL
BE
LEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!
>1000 calories
>Gym every day
Have a nice binge
Holy cringe.
If it makes me lose weight then I will be as cringe as I need to be
This only works if you're overweight, if you are, slow down so your skin shrinks with you, also do some meditative exercises that require discipline like keeping your hands over your head, sitting on air, etc.
This will work because I'm not overweight. I'll lose bodyfat and I'll finally be lean. At the cost of some muscle I will lose lots of fat and finally have a 6 pack
Damn, I always miss these challenges until they're 3 or 4 days in.
Here's a blank one. Join in
Thanks bro. Going to do this.
Let's go! It's not too bad. Already lost 5lbs in 2 days, mostly water but still good to see quick progress. Means it works
That's too slow. Tdee for my ideal is barely even 100 calories off. My goal is 20lbs. Doesnt change much nor does it address the issue of having high bodyfat
I'm doing this challenge but instead I'll eat 3300 calories a day and lift 4 times a week
Lmao. What's the point then? Might as well do 5 days a week and then you can say a 30 day gym challenge that ends in 6 weeks and 3000 calories will make you fat. I suggest you don't do it if you're trying to be lean
>5 days a week
>3000 calories will make you fat
Lol, lmao even. You don't know jack shit about fitness, do you
I know what works for me, I usually work out 5 days a week. Will be 7 now, but that's only adding light cardio on weekends
Anon this is all fricked up. Lowering caloric intake lowers your bodyweight, not your body composition. You should eat at the maintenance for you ideal bodyweight and do it with mostly protein if you want to be lean.
>1000 cal a day
>gym everyday
>op comes out at the end of the tunnel
welcome mr skeleton.
I'll be lean as frick though
I've tried eating 2000 and I didn't lose any weight, sure I had binge episodes in between but still my day to day loss was barely .2lbs
Now with this challenge there's no binging, there's full accountability, progress pictures, and a sexy chick to do it for.
My weight has dropped 2 days in a row, by significant amounts. 3lbs yesterday 1.4lbs today. It's working
I WILL BE LEAN
How tall are you and what's your current weight?
1000 calories is very little food, dude, especially if you're lifting
Losing 0.2 lbs a day is about what you’re supposed to do. Losing 1 lb a day is just a sign of muscle loss. Anything above 3-4 lbs a week is suspect.
Once the water weight wears off, I'm expecting to lose .4 to .6lbs a day. It's only going to be a bit more than what you're suggesting is normal
And once again. I'm ok with muscle loss. You can always get back muscle, losing that hard to lose fat is worth some muscle loss
>1000 calories a day
Why you fricking moron?
Do 2000 calories a day, or even 2500 if you exercise alot
Crash diets never work
>1000cals a day
>Gym every day
You won't be lean, you'll be sick you fricking moron
See you at the hospital
I called you a moron yesterday and i call you a moron today. See you tomorrow, moron.
You'll call me a moron until the last day when you see the results then you'll say I'm a genius
I already know IST hates anyone trying to be lean
Not giving out any information until day 30. Once I'm done I'll answer all those questions and post body with timestamp. Now I will say I'm trying to lose 20lbs in 1 month. I've already lost about 5 so far
Dude, just stay at a 500 calorie deficit
Don't go overboard and crash diet, you'll only make things worse
If you're eating 500 cals below maintanenance and still not losing weight you are likely counting wrong
>muh "I WILL BE LEAN"
>Believes his only hope is to crash diet
OP is obviously on the spectrum or underage and is setting themselves up for failure.
You are going to trigger a massive israeli Black person troony invasion with this thread.
Word of warning friend, I had the same mentality as you. Ended up losing a lot of weight but gained a lot of it back way too fast due to excessive hunger, despite having failry good willpower, insane hunger makes the primal brain take over. Take it slow, you're in this for the long term. Best of luck in your pursuits
I will acknowledge your warning. Some things need to be done for the sake of progress. I won't fail where you failed. BELIEVE IT
I don't believe it
I believe you are a moron who knows nothing about fitness and are about to frick yourself up
But I guess that's the best way for you to learn
See you in a month
Let my future sucess story be your inspiration then
What are your current body measurements? Height, weight?
See my response. In 27 days I'll reveal it all
I may have posted this another thread of yours. I'm eight weeks and one day into my diet. I started with a nine day fast and then omad / keto. I lifted / walked 10k steps each day.
SW: 194
CW: 162
Good luck bro. israelites, troonys, Black folk and landwhales can frick off.
Good shit dude! A nine day fast in insane, but to lose 30lbs in 2 months is well worth it.
Thoughts on keto? I only eat eggwhites and chicken so I'm essentially also doing a "keto" diet
Keto best describes it. I only eat vegetables and a protein for dinner, usually something I grill / smoke while listening to the Braves game. Can't go wrong.
How many days do we think OP will get to before he quits?
He will binge eat this weekend so 6 at most
OP will get to 30 days because I WILL BE LEAN
Can't go wrong at all
>2 days
>"Already almost down 5lbs"
Yeah, you're a fricking moron.
Why? It's clearly working. Obviously the first couple days are going to be inflated by water weight. But that's how you know the diet is good if it gets rid of your water weight instantly
how often do you weigh yourself?
you do know your weight will fluctuate ~2kg up or down the weight you think you are, right?
Welcome to how to kill your gains 101, homosexual OP here will be your professor.
I'll be teaching you how to keep your gains and reduce your bodyfat
I hope you make it bro. I'm cutting as well but I'm still eating 1900 calories cause I don't wanna lose too much muscle. You should re think the aggressiveness of your diet if you want to keep more muscle but if you're adamant about this then I believe you can do it. Take a multivitamin at least for me though.
I've already made the decision to stick with this. It's aggressive but it's the only thing that works for me. I take a multivitamin and drink electrolytes so I don't feel that bad during the day.
Seems lbs drop off rapidly is exciting. I haven't lost weight like this since I first started dieting 2 years
My confidence is through the roof, my will power is maxed out. I just turned down brownies at work, which I used to never do. I'm going to make it this time I just know it
I WILL BE LEAN
I weigh myself 3 times a day
>morning 6am after I wake up and piss to recording my weight loss
>after noon around 5pm for fun
>after the gym before I shower for the night to see if I made progress during the day
Usually I see consistent loss throughout the day, 5pm can fluctuate depending on what I ate. But since I started this diet I've seen consistent weight loss between my same day morning and evening weigh ins and consistent weight loss between my evening to next morning weight loss
Getting 10-15lbs on your squat 5 every week is achieving something while eating 1k calories a day is not achieving jack shit. Everyone here knows that. Stop embarassing yourself.
>I will be lean
no you will be weak, unhappy, miserable and look like shit.
1000 calories a day will force Mt body to use its stored resources and burn visceral fat. You have to cut hard to get a 6 pack, Brad pit on fight club was also rumored to eat 1000 calories a day
Just because you can't do it, doesn't mean I will fail. I've lost weight before, plateaued hard and now with this diet I'm finally losing those last 20lbs. You'll see in September. Watch.
>it was just a bad bait all along
what a relief actually
I'm actually doing the challenge so it's not bait
Decided to do this except 2k cal (I am very fat so it should still work) gl bois
LETS GO! The more the merrier. Let's all keep each other accountable. I'll be expecting updates
>me
>grew up in a household that didn't serve dinners as a family
>stayed skinny until age 18, associated making food with work, and muhh, lazy
>skipped breakfast
>only ate 4 sandwiches a day, every day
>lifted weights vigorously with a friend all through high school
>still dyel
I can tell you myself that this won't work anon. If it didn't work for me in 4 years, who are you to say it will work in 30 days? Please just bump your cals to a good maintenance, and stop wasting your time.
I appreciate you telling your story but you're wrong. It will work for me. This time I WILL BE LEAN. By any means necessary. Even if I have to crash diet
I do get hungry but hunger means your burning fat. More hunger more fat burn means I get leaner
I
WILL
BE
LEAN
Tell me that I'll be lean? Yes I will
1000 calories is too low, I'm hitting 1600-1700 calories a day post-workout and that leaves me hungry
You will be a skinnyfat skelly
> do it for her
Should we tell him boys?
Dinner for the day
>egg white
>chicken
>cheese
500 calories
