Sheeeit that's a LOT my dude. What does your day looks like?
I actually have a week off from work because the local factories of all taken a week off so basically every business is just closed for a week.
So I thought I'd bump up my normal 10,000 steps to 20,000 steps and honestly it doesn't take that much more time. But I just end up completely exhausted.
I'm also the guy whose gym got shut down to turn it into housing for Afghani refugees. And I'm going to join a new gym next week on Tuesday, so I don't have much to do.
Where do you live, stepbro?
Ulsan, Ulsan, Korea.
It's kind of like New York where the state and the city have the same name
i wonder if i can combine 20k steps with also a gym workout and wageslave a lil on top of that
>ads on your phone

Kek, what the frick
That's like three-four hours of walking every day, that's way too much time to waste tbh
>he has a sedentary job
>he drives everywhere instead of walking/cycling
>he dosen't run at all
ngmi
I mean if you're making money out of it that's great. Would be silly if you just went around and wandered aimlessly for 4 hours
>79kg
Fat piggy
found the DYEL
How short are you to think that 79 kg is fat? I could weigh 90 kg and would still be considered well within the normal weight category, lol
176cm
What the hell are you doing to burn 5k calories a day
Assuming you were doing around 10k before last week it looks like you immediately doubled your walking, so yeah expect your body to adjust for a few days.
I've found that its very easy to get adjusted to walking more if you incrementally increase for a few days, ex. go from 10k -> 12k -> 15k -> 18k -> 20k over the course of 5 days.
Its not that hard. I wfh and consistently get 16k-20k steps per day. I do a 30 minute walk when I wake up, around another 20 minute walk at lunch, and another 30 minute walk after dinner. I tend to pace around when I'm on the phone, and those steps add up. When you add all the other random walking like bathroom breaks, cleaning the house, etc. it adds up more than you'd think.
>tfw i average 25000 steps a day since i run 100km a week
get good son
>training the heart to failure every day
>good
No
Eat more, when I was working during the summer I was hitting 30k per day + lifting.
I had to up my intake to almost 5k and sleep practically all of Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday after work just to maintain.
