            Okay, most of that is carbs, no meat or beans for protein? You might need more calories and more protein. Try adding a protein shake per day. I mean like a chocolate milkshake with whey powder.

                Throw it on the pan or cook it in the oven, I prefer the pan because its easier to control the moisture, throw a lid on and pour a little bit of water on there to stew it rather than burn it
