started at 230lbs, down to 178, with a goal of 155-160 at 6'2''. hoping to slim my legs a bit (Italian Genes) and im sure itll be the last are my body will burn from, unfortunatley.
pull day was good, daily cardio going well (2 morning miles)
anything else I can include in my routine? I try to eat 1700 or less calories and my projection graph says sometime late may/early june I will hit my goal weight.
