        Unless you are Ronnie Coleman big the bar will not hit you or ideally roll off your back safetly because you are holding it on your rear delts not on top of your fricking traps and if you are lifting that fricking heavy your muscles should be hard enough to absorb the impact. I practiced bail outs because of this guy it is stupidly easy and safe to bail out if you have safeties up.

    The spotter basically murdered him. He only had to drop the weight backwards and there would have been no problem. What the frick was that?

    I only squat with safety bars or straps, and he was foolish not to use them, but let's be clear that 80% of this is on the spotter and Rip.
