you should probably put a little more effort on fixing your financial situation whether through seeking better employment or lesser expenses rather than fixating on fitness goals. I understand fitness being so accessible and one of the aspects of life you can be most in control of, but only being able to afford $50 a week in food is a bigger issue than being slightly out of shape.
$50 per week is more than enough if you mostly cook at home, don't buy heavily processed foods and, unlike OP, don't go eat at shitty overpriced fast food joints every single day.
when I was still studying, I sometimes lived off of $80 a month (although I'm not an amerigay, but from Europe)
You definitely can spend less, I just choose to eat grass fed beef, bison, elk and organic hormone free turkey / chicken. I don't even really have a reason, I couldn't tell you if it had any legitimate effect on me.
If you get it from McDonalds then it's obviously gonna be mystery meat and cheese imitation but if you cook bacon and cheese at home there is not a single damn thing wrong with it. I'll see a therapist when I see you post body looking better fed than me.
why y'all like this? guys on IST dropping 100 lbs with keto and you still cast shade.
Beside, no one does this after the second week. You get tired of cooking, and without cravings you just bake or grill chicken and broccoli and end up on the same meat and veggies diet everyone else does
Mcdonalds buns are like eating sponges. They're unpleasant, tasteless, and don't even have the decency to be filling even though they're more caloricly dense than normal bread. Their burgers get better and more satisfying when you drop the bread to meat ratio
The only time when it is acceptable to eat food which you haven't cooked yourself at home is if you're >celebrating a special occasion with friends or family or with your partner >at an event or function which extends through a mealtime and it is expected of you to communally dine >your job is a restaurant food critic
It's completely and utterly disgusting in all other contexts and deserves all the condemnation in the world to be alone purchasing and consuming fast food for basically any reason >b-but I buy fast food driving to work
eat breakfast at home before you leave >b-but there's a restaurant outside work
pack lunch from home you subhuman >I'm too tired to cook after work so I buy takeaway
you deserve to be lined up against a wall and shot, frick you
I already did in one of your earlier threads by posting body
. You still haven't posted body, so I will disregard what you have to say until you do so.
My food budget is $50/week
Get food stamps thats unreasonable
