This would be the reason for it is if you got fricked up shoulders. It's a great lift and still builds muscle, but flat and incline bench are better in general, especially where most guys "flat" bench is nearly a decline they put so much back arch in.

Honestly I been doing decline for years as part of my brosplit, but I'm reformatting to PPL and think I'm gonna drop it. It's fun but I think it has minimal rewards for efficiency of workout time.
Is it stupid that I hate how sexualized the characters are? It looks like a pretty cool and informative manga, but I don't think I can read it just because of the fanservice. Am I gay or just dumb?
I don't really see the point of decline. Most people have overdeveloped lower PECS already

Slow upright rows. I love finishing back day with these. I'll use a kettlebell for close grip to switch it up occasionally
