Only times I deload are when a thing hurts. Beyond that, deloads are a cope. Training is hard when you're fatigued, but doable. If you don't puss out, you can squeeze so much more mileage into your workouts.
"Deloads" haven't worked, but taking my 8-10 rep maxes for a spin next session for 3-4 sets usually allows me to continue progressing on my 5 rep max the following session. Dropping weight but using the same rep/set scheme is moronic

There was colonisation of Southern Italy, especially Sicily. They never quite got to Central Italy though, Cumae was the closest colony and the Campanians sacked it and captured it for their own early on. Then you have the Romans after they became the master of Central Italy going down South and fighting the Greek states there.

Deloads are for fat fricks with no stamina. Literally just do cardio 1 or 2 times a week and you will never feel the need to reload.
