you need a job asap, even if it's not in your line of work, even uber will do

hit gym whenever you have time off to get swole and occupy your mind

Been trying to get "any" job for 6 months. I have a PhD and "professor" on my CV and that seems to be anathema to employers.

Can you blame them? Why did you deliberately choose to be overeducated?

You know what to remove. And yes, employers like it when the guys they hire are basically cattle, if they see you as overqualified they'll think you'll just hop to a different job soon and won't bother with you.

Most people live paycheck to paycheck though. I never knew a normie that didn't complain every month, no matter how much he made, that there's 2 days left until the paycheck comes in and 10 bucks in the pocket.

And they spend their money on goyslop 3x more expensive than cooking at home, don't even think about the money spent on cigarettes and alcohol, get tattoos, get gfs that double their expenses, don't have "time" for gym and have no skills.
That's all their own fault and even if you doubled their salary they would still live paycheck to paycheck.

Or buy some dumbbells and a bench off of Amazon and set up a home gym. That way, you can do it all on your own time without anyone to bother you.

OP I can't drink caffeine and feel wired anymore it makes me fall asleep now. I'm going sober and hope that helps. I see everyone else fall for the sunk cost fallacy. Frick them. I need to heal.

You'll want to taper, or else it will be awful, especially if your tolerance is as high as it sounds. Personally I can cut by ~.5 cups every few days.

    - Depression and anxiety can only be dealt with through willpower. You need to make a fundamental shift in your psyche. It will never go away, but you can use that negative energy and turn it into something positive and productive.

    - There's nothing wrong with living with your parents. I'm 30 and my mother lives with me. In fact, it's mutually beneficial as long as you don't constantly fight and abuse each other. My mom cooks, cleans and does the laundry, along with helping with a little bit of the rent. I pay the vast majority of the bills. It's a good deal for both of us. She can save some money and I can save some time. Also, women really don't give a shit whether you live alone or not. If they like you, they like you. They'll only be turned off by it if they had an alterior motive in the first place.

    - You'll be able to afford your hobbies once you live with your parents and start saving up some money.

    - Text your friends and ask them when they're free to hangout. If you're estranged because of a fight, find a different group of friends, or people to hang out with.

    - Start exercising and find a purpose in life.

Cute anime girl! Imagine squeezing her feet together and fricking her in that little space in her feet.

That's how I cope. I've got a rich inner fantasy world in which I entertain a number of imaginary lovers.

Focus wholly on getting a new job, it sounds like you've resigned yourself to not having one for years on end. Then in your down time, spend more time with your family (if they are nearby) and your friends too, it will help with the sadness assuming they aren't truly all buttholes. You don't have to do expensive things together, you can just share a meal or hang out wherever.
