Can't you just ignore the hallucinations?

I have delusions of being persecuted and gangstalked by my peers. It gets pretty hard to ignore after a while when I'm having an episode.

I don't know. It's typical gangstalking delsions 101. Strangers start repeating things that I've said in conversations amongst my family. People doing slight things that seem innocent but start to grate after a while like yawning in front of me, coughing, rubbing their nose in front of me, etc, that seems like it's done on purpose. Feeling like people are following around/ watching me somehow. It's been going on and off for years.

You’re just over exaggerating. Oh my god someone’s rubbing their nose. Who cares it means nothing. Oh my god someone said something my family also said. Yeah normalgays are alike what do you expect

I have a brother who I believe has schizo affective or autism or some type of similar disorder. He lives an extremely solitary life. Will not attend family events. Not even funerals. Has no facial expression and communication with him is near impossible. Is prone to be violent. During his last year of high school some switch went off in his head.

Pretty much had his personality sucked out of him. No facial expressions. Answers in short responses. Quick yes or no. Will attack, try to attack someone for seemingly no reason.

Him brooding away in his room when I was a kid appear every now and then to eat food really was a boulder that just caused the family to breakdown.

Might as well ride it out and see what happens in the time you've been given.

The sad part is anon, they know you are schizo and are in all likelihood legit gang stalking you because you scare them.

ok but even if you believe people are in on it they never actually do shit to you? can't you just accept that in this world everyone is stalking you and listens to your convos? like it makes no difference bc they never act on their stalking

Exercise and good diet are important for neurological health, even if they don't help with the symptoms themselves I'm sure they will at least help prevent further degeneration with age

unironically yes, look up embodied cognition. your mind and body are one, if one is weak so will the other be, as above so below; your psyche is throughout your nervous system; its in your muscles, bones, joints. developing a powerful body can only have a positive effect on the mind and vice versa

as well, all mental illnesses are caused by neuroses, and neuroses are universally diminished by exercise

Bro schizophrenia is a serious mechanical disorder of the brain's cognitive pathing. That's like saying exercise will make lost limbs regrow.
