Does cardio and weight loss actually make your dick bigger? I know it will make your fat pad go down but can good blood flow give you measurable results?

    I spent $400+ on a traction device fron Germany. Used it on and off since March of this year and I did roughly gain 0.5".
    It's honestly not noticeable at all, so don't fool yourself. Losing weight and improving your bloodflow does more for making it "look" bigger than gaining 0.5" does.

    Nothing makes your dick bigger unless you have micropenis then there are meds that can bring you up to small. But beyond that there is literally nothing.

    Before anyone says it, Bee Stings are least effective and least worth type of dickmaxxing someone can experience.
    Got stung at the top of my wiener by a bee and it got swollen like a fricking tumor. My normal erection size is 16cm by 13cm but it got like twice as wide and probably around 19cm in length. It didn't hurt as badly as one might think, you can still pee, jack off and get an erection without any pain weirdly enough.

    Tho, it had two major drawbacks:

        It works, but the gains are laughable at worst.
        Problem is most guys that want dick enlargements want like an extra 3inches. Short of risky surgery, that simply doesn't happen.
        Any soft tissue can be stretched in the body with time and effort. The trick is finding the effective treatment window to making any gains.

        I share you skepticism. Still, It's an intriguing idea. There was a thread on /misc/ where two guys claimed it worked as advertised. Trusting people on IST /misc/ of all places with your health is a sure way to get hurt, badly. BUT I've seen even wilder ideas work out, so I can't get it out of my mind.

        I wouldn't advise anyone do it, just so we're clear.

      This is an unblinded, unrandomised, ‘study’ by an author who sells vitamin D supplements. It has not been peer reviewed nor replicated. It was published in the newsletter of the author.

      Furthermore the author has a long history of pushing alternative medicine and has had multiple products pulled by the FDA for unfounded claims he has made (using magnets to realign chakras to cure emphysema was one).
