Goyslop veggie burgers are one thing, but bean burgers are actually really good. Smashed beans mixed with eggs and your favorite spices served with cheese on a bun is delicious. It isn't trying to taste like a burger it is its own things. I have never tried protein pancakes, but mimicking foods tends to turn out like garbage where as if you let your food be its own thing you can get some really good stuff. Like instead of a pancake make a savory flat bread.

A lot of premade stuff. That stuff tends to be loaded with stuff that will affect your hormones. Definitely move away from the canned stuff and the fast food. You can make your own beef stew that will be better tasting and cheaper then freeze it and it will keep for months.
