for something like this i'd go with a yogurt based sauce. it's pretty low in cal too. 150g of nonfat yogurt has ~140 cals.
150 g nonfat plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 tsp (about 1 g) sumac
15 cranks black pepper
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Fresh minced dill
Salt to taste

so a fat bastard like me with a damaged slow metabolism..that cant burn fat even from working out....hell yea it can work for me.
i have a couple of "purettes" so ill go through them these 2-3 weeks and see the results. i dont like smoking one bit, and i sure as hell wouldnt buy more.
but it will be a good boost. keep in mind you can quickly get fat when you stop smoking.
