No one is reading a self help book when they're lazy anon. I wouldn't even have the effort to Google for a pdf version.

OP, it's just a matter of realising you're not doing something productive and it's about value.
If you want to get a certification, pay for the exam first and that will force you to study so you don't waste money.
Same with the gym, pay for the membership and supplements and it'll force you to go so you don't waste it.

another anon, read the damn book OP, and if youre too lazy get an audiobook. it helped me a lot. snacking was my biggest issue and i realized snacking at my desk would make me crave food when i wasnt hungry. literally teaches how to help achieve your goals when you're lazy.

As i lazy frick myself, i say there's nothing you can do. Just wait for the day when you're willing to put in the effort and do whatever it takes. If that day ever comes...

Avoid easy sources of dopamine and find some source of motivation. You’d be surprised how much easier it is to get stuff done if you avoid porn, masturbation, video games, and junk food.

Find someone to look up to. Like someone who is in a better place than you are and then look at what they do and do it too.

Depends if you're fat or skinny. If you're a skelly do gomad, If you're fat just starve and do cardio. ez.

No fat person can run a mile under 6 minutes. Go to the gym, get on the treadmill, and casually do your best mile. Don't even have to try hard. Just finish the mile. Each time you get on the treadmill (3x week) bump up the time 0.2 MPH. Guaranteed in 3 months you will not be fat. No diet necessary.

Make it more inconvient to do bad things that good things. Throw out your shitty food, and learn some basic recipes that are easy and convient: i.e. baked chicken thighs and baked potatoes w/ steamed peas or chicken and cole slaw mix stir fry over rice. And get into a routine of going to the gym.

I think when you're young you have a hard time conceptualizing time and the future. If you don't do anything to change, in 5 years you'll look the same as if nothing changed (maybe you might even look worse). You'll see kids younger than you achieving more in life and you'll wish you would have done something sooner. Regret is a b***h. Do something consistently and in a couple of years your whole life will change. If you still can't conceptualize future implications and have it really hit home, just do something robotically without even thinking. just do it like it's just something you have to do (if you have a job, you'll know what this feels like when you have to wake up every morning just to go to work). No need for motivation or discipline. Don't think, just do it robotically.

You have to build it up, starting with small tasks that you perform regularly until you formed a habit and then add more / stack them. You know it's become a habit when you don't even think about it anymore and just do it like on autopilot and it becomes effortless. You can also think of discipline like cardio. If you are completely out of shape you don't really have much capacity and you will probably dread the first few sessions and feel like you don't have the energy to perform a workout - you start small and do what you can, gradually increasing the worklouad, and the more you do the better your capacity, your sessions become easier and you have more energy overall even though you exert some of it in your workouts. Eventually you do your morning run every day without thinking about it or you're actually looking forward to it. There's no delaying, no procrastination because it's no longer intimidating and you are ready for the task.

Cut out one bad habit at a time
Eventually you will come down to porn or vidya. Probably both. The latter is worse because of the sedentary lifestyle that it requires.
You will ulitmately have to change NOT ONLY what you eat and how you spend your time, but WHO you spend your time with and WHERE you spend it. You will ultimately be in solitude for a while. ygmi

I started doing moronic game shit to up my life. Every time I win a match of shoot game I do some pushups and squats.

Also, everytime I get massively hit on by a chick, I recheck my diet and go on a massive exercise spree. I include recent divorcee, fresh faced 21 year old, and narcissistic slags.

Everytime I deny them I become stronger, their sexual frustration powers this machine, everytime I win a vidya, the opposing teams disappointment powers this machine.

Every time a homosexual reads this message and is judgey, will power this machine.
