      Carb up and hydrate up?
Alright will try, A couple of fruits + half a litre of water should be enough right?

I drink a minimum of 1l throughout the workout
If you want to lift heavy you need to start carbmaxxing for real
A lot of times this is simply dudes forgetting to breathe
Many bozos say you can't train your cns but that's also false, I used to regularly leave the gym feeling drunk in the early days
Before a heavy lift always prime the cns by pausing in the loaded position
ie hold that bench out for a bit after the unrack, squat walkouts, etc

Oh, uh... contributing - i think having something in my stomach, even if it's water, makes it worse. You'd think it's just arms and back working, but I must be using some muscles in the abdomen or overexerting the usual ones. I'm pretty pathetic when it comes to pull-ups

It might have something to do with bad pulling mechanics. Your dizziness may be due to you cranking your neck too much at the top or overusing your levator scapulae instead of your lats and traps. Any muscle that is connected to the base of your head or cervical spine can induce dizziness if it becomes tight or full of trigger points due to overuse.

is right. Low Blood Pressure. Not necessarily dangerous just be careful.
It's the reason I don't do squats anymore. I always got dizzy on the way up and I don't want to heem my back because I blacked out going for a pb

No room spinning more like Im about to pass out, like I lose all strength.

I always find a kind of a noise in my ears and like a pressure build-up, when I'm going for the last few heavy reps. It's only a tad uncomfortable, but it feels strange and I'm wondering if I should be concerned about it.

Let's say if I'm doing rdls, then right at the bottom of the lift when I start going upwards is where I'll feel it the most. It's like this pressure and then a "swish" noise going through my ears as I bring up the weight. Happens on other lifts as well. It doesn't make me uncomfortable really, it's just the idea it could be doing some permanent damage to my hearing or blood vessels or some shit.

And depending on the intensity the dizziness stops in a minute or 2 or at max for almost an hour had to lie down and everything that day and felt bad the rest of the day.
And once I get the first bout of dizziness training either I stop or its only getting worse.
Usually if Im only a dizzy for a few minutes I feel fine the rest of the day but the day I felt dizzy for a hour I felt bad the whole day.

Check your blood pressure and go see a cardiologist to check for any underlying issues with your heart. Although this does just sound like postural orthostatic tachycardia.

Have you had your blood pressure checked? I used to have quite low blood pressure and got lightheaded frequently but especially after heavy sets. The dizziness is the blood returning back into your brain from your muscles, if you are taller there will be a delay to factor in as well. This is tied to genetics and diet not whatever morons talk about on this board.
