this, they only help if you're white tbh. brown people evolved to inhale fumes and a shit particles. they might have an allergic reaction to clean air and lose their gains.
yeah but they don't do any heavy lifting. mainly just for the fine particles.
gotta vacuum and clean surfaces regularly because that captures 100x more total dust.
i get real shit post nasal drip i have a 600$ filter ever since getting it i wake up in the morning with 85% less shit in my throat and nasal passage. it was hell before but its manageable now. when i leave it running and watch my projector i can see the air through the light beam and its almost completely clean a few small dusts flakes here and there but if i have it off for a week theres a ton of dust in the air i have a bad dust allergy it helps me sleep
my sister has cats and doesn't clean much so there's a lot of dust. every time i visited her my nosed got 100% blocked, literally became mouthbreather when i was at her place. after she got a air purifier all of that went back to normal. so yeah, they work great. i have to buy one because i can't sleep for shit in my new house
yes. You have to buy one with an actual hepa filter. Also vacuum daily or bidaily, its annoying but it will keep dust from accumulating and then going back to the air. I got a vac robot and it's been a blessing, dont buy a shitty one without lidar and selfemptying dustbin though
I have bonsai trees, plants, and a Honeywell air purifier with HEPA filter in my bedroom. Still not sure if this is enough. I’m trying to oxygenmaxx to get bigger, so I may add a proper grow shelf to get more trees in there soon.
Yeah you really have to get a huge amount of photosynthesis if you want to make a difference. I did that last winter with over 300 watts of LEDs and various full sun plants started from seed. It became a pain in the ass to be going through a gallon of water every other day, but having a little jungle was pretty cool and they all went outside once it got warm enough.
No. If you want to know why, consider the type of equipment and methods a professional company would use to reduce the quantity of some kind of harmful particles. They are quite high powered equipment, far more powerful than those little fans.
They work well but if you don't live in a place with heavy pollution then there's not much for them to do. I used one when I was in China and it was great. If you live in a 1st world country, you probably don't need one unless you live in downtown NYC or something.
there are a plenty of vent cleaning services. My allergies are pretty minor but I there are noticeable improvement after we did it. improving air circulation is a better investment in my opinion. maybe get a few more ceiling fans

Yes, make sure you dust, vacuum, and change your air conditioning filters before running though or filters go fast
plants are better, but require more upkeep of watering weekly vs whatever monthly filter change

Just buy an oxygen tank like they sell for emphysema patients. If you breathe this shit straight overnight you'll probably get jacked as frick.
Yes. They're such an easy win.

Yes. A box fan with a furnace filter works just as well if you don't mind looking poor.
