Most mma gyms have a heavy calisthenics aspects sometimes even gymnastics class.
Mma may not be fencing but it might as well be the modern version.
Nowadays you'd probably have a hard time insuring a gym with free ropes, poles and fencing. Like you could make people sign waivers but an adjustor would still take one look at the place and tell you each area needs to be a separate, dedicated room with walls so that a guy who drops off a rope doesn't get a foil up his ass
