    I would fall if I was squatting like that guy and he's benching to his neck but I always see him doing every possible exercise so I assume that must be the perfect form.

    Moving forward this is a rowing thread.
    I rowed three 10 ks this week and I feel absolutely awesome. Rowing is a cheat code to fitness.
