          it’s not clear whether
          A) organic disapproval of the health benefits of keto for xyz (il/legitimate) reasons
          B) attention seeking
          C) a psyop to make keto seem unhealthy

That much protein and fat will turn to sugar, so it's not keto no matter how many ketolards say it's keto. Keto was something used by pros to get through plateaus, it was temporary. Small portions of meat, higher portions of fat and about 50g carbs per day or less. There's nothing insane about this.

Your pic being part of a """diet""" is pure fricking insanity.

I don't think most keto people are on keto diets purely to get into ketosis. They just eat this way because they believe fruits and vegetables are bad for you, and cheese has casein in it which would be similar to the dopamine release you would get from sugar.

Why would keto gays care about dopamine release?

I don't know, why do keto or carnivore dieters create imitations of grain products like pizza or cinnamon rolls?

I've been carnivore 4 years and have never imitated any grain product. But I've seen so many vegans imitate meat products.

Keto isn't carnivore. Almost all keto diet plans include massive amounts of vegetables, i'd say more than the average person eats as the usual grain portion of a meal is swapped for leafy greens. Shut the frick up imbecil, you don't know what you're talking about.

Yep. This strawman is constantly posted I can only imagine it’s bait. It’s pretty clearly defined that 10% of macros come from carbs, implying that you have a limit on fat and protein as well. No one’s eating sticks of butter on keto.

Whoever keeps these keto lard threads up is intentionally being moronic. A Keto day is eggs for breakfast, chicken and broccoli for lunch, fish and kale for dinner. Nobody who's actually intelligent about their Keto diet eats bacon-wrapped curds and calls it healthy.

I did Keto for 3 months and lost 15 pounds. I broke Keto with blueberries, bananas, rice, and potatoes. Not donuts and ice cream. I guess by the logic of the Keto lard poster, I could caption pictures of chocolate covered strawberries and ground chuck saying "non-keto lards really think this 'fits their macros'". It's the same disingenuous homosexualry.

I'm totally unimpressed with iron age steppe conquerors. Indo-Europeans were fricking incredible, savage warlike ubermenschen who forged new cultures and civilizations out of former graincels. Huns and Mongols in comparison rode horses in vastly superior numbers to the people they fought and pelted better warriors with arrows from afar, when they weren't brutalizing women and children. It's different from like conquistadors or pirates or cowboys who were often at a numerical disadvantage and only using their superior technology to make up for the lack of numbers against Amerindian people. Amerindians would have fricking crushed Mongols in a 1 vs 1 fight with clubs or some cool injun weapons.

No, after 6 years on keto I've concluded that bacon is probably the least beneficial of all fatty meats. The superior meat-cheese combination is pepperoni and colby jack.
Putting bacon on everything is for cool wine aunts who just picked up a keto diet guide from the Target book section and can't wait to post her quirky recipes on Facebook. And also longtime Epic Meal Time subscribers stuck in 2010.

That absolutely is g0eyslop, completely devoid of any nutritional value. The meager vitamin content is offset by the antinutrients which inhibit absorption, and they are also often inferior, less bioavailable forms to boot.
      >muh fiber
      IBS and diverticulitis: the image.
Eat meat and copious amounts of animal fat for optimal gut health.
There's a reason why every single person who tries keto/carnivore evangelizes. It's the way we are meant to eat. Millions of years of evolution don't lie. A few thousand or even hundred years of crop selection doesn't change that cold, hard fact.

You understand animals that are herbivores eat a high fat diet? Plant fiber is actually indigestible, it cannot be broken down by the body, it's broken down by bacteria in the gut which happens mostly in the large intestine, or the cecum in rabbits, or the rumen in ruminants. The bacteria breaks down this fiber into fatty acids, which for cows for example makes up 70% of their diet. Humans don't have specialized guts nor the gut size plant eaters do, we cannot tolerate that much plant food really unless we specially prepare it. That begs the question, eating plants is basically like taking an extra step in the digestive process to turn it into usable fats and protein that you would get readily in animal products.

I honestly thought keto meant seriously dropping carbs to an absolute minimum, not increasing fat intake.. that's just stupid.

Even herbivores absorb a high fat diet, what do you think you're going to eat in place of the carbs?

It makes sense to add a bit more fat to compensate for the lack of carbs, especially considering how fat satiates you far faster than carbohydrates.
That said, eating sticks of butter at a time is unhinged.

I'm neither keto nor lard but cheese and bacon arent inherently bad for you. They actually give you energy and make you be alive and stuff. I know there's israelites on netflix saying it'll give you cancer but they look like shit and they lie all the time don't they?

      Anonymous

      >cheese and bacon arent inherently bad for you
Unless you eat cheese straight from your own/trusted farmer's cow and the same for pigs you're getting pure undiluted goyslop.

They literally feed the pigs microplastics, pump them full of antibiotics, steroids, feed them glyphosated (gut destroying) grains, and slaughter them right before they die of cancer/heart disease, take your pick.

Then they pack them in BPA plastic, bleach them, cure them in sodium nitrate, and let them putrify on the shelf for months. Then your goyim ass eats it and wonders why he gets cancer.

Coconut oil coffee is good for you, and eating less food but more nutrient dense is also good for you. Personally I find fasting to be more beneficial than keto, along with daily light exercise to minimize muscle loss.

Coconut oil coffee is the opposite of less, nutrient dense food. Its high calorie nutrient void food.
