These things are natural steroids. Just know you will gain way too much muscle if you eat enough of them. Be prepared to spend a lot on new clothes and contend with constant boners.

    I can't eat more then 5-6 eggs maximum before getting increadibly full, and even then I have to cover them in butter for it to be paletable. Is my stomache just not made for egg consumption or should I force through it? The only way I can think of consumeing more then 6 eggs a day is if they were raw, but raw eggs are disgusting and slimey.

        Not that I've seen. He claimed it should be for 8 or so weeks then return to normal egg intake. 36 I think was the number grabbed from some medical study that found faster skin recovery in burn victims given 36 eggs

      Soft boiled eggs are extremely easy to eat, I usually eat 5-6 for lunch along with 2-3 small boiled potatoes. No issues with cholesterol for now, I've been eating like this for 3 months. Gains are real
