A bigger muscle is a stronger muscle, but also a more skilled lifter is a stronger lifter.

When someone is lifting heavy for low reps they are primarily training skill, but they still have the secondary adaptation of hypertrophy. A bodybuilder lifting lighter weights for high reps are primarily generating hypertrophy but they're still also developing the secondary adaptation of skill. So inevitably, there is some overlap between strength and size training.

You still have genetic freaks that look like toothpicks and can still somehow bench 4 plates. These people are known as outliers as they are on the extreme end. Then you got people like CBum who have a lot of muscle but absolutely suck at generating force under a bar. Also an outlier.

The exact answer to your question though is yes because there's still massive overlap in training stimulus between strength training and bodybuilding.

Why does everybody simp for Dasha when she's admitted to having a 100+ body count and Anna is objectively hotter? Is it just that men actually love bawds, despite all claims to the contrary? Is that why they get so fixated on pornstars?

    yes and no
the term mass moves mass is correct, and that applies to fat powerbloats
but you shouldn't get fooled by comically huge roidtrannies, they are far weaker than their looks
