    I only do leg day.

Upper body is fricking boring and incredibly easy. Just do some rows and bench or dips and chin ups. Might do a few barbell curls.

I've never understood the drama, tbh.
Maybe my pain tolerance is very high, maybe I don't work as hard as I think I do, maybe the loads aren't heavy enough yet... dunno.

we hate it because we lift for women and they can't see legs, so its a waste of time.

it's a love hate relationship but once you realize you feel the most satisfied at the end of a leg day compared to push/pull days, they become just fine

    I wanna say the latter
If people gave leg day a shot and learnt to appreciate it, they wouldn't be such b***hes

I like leg day because it's the only way I can truly gas myself that isn't running
Every other kind of lift I'm limited by strength and thus don't want to compromise my form to push on to the gassed zone
Don't have this problem with legs.
Honestly I waih I could replicate the level of itensity I get on leg day on other days, but I suppose that wouldn't be sustainable

I dont think even tom platz liked leg day. Squatting to true failure hurts like shit but the post leg day soreness is unmatched.

I like squats but they take too much time. I squat once a week now ever since I got a new job last year, working up to a heavy 3x6 and progressively overloading from there. It's slow but the progress is okay enough.

low volume, low intensity, high frequency = good results and legs days are easy peazy

I hate squats because they make me look like a dummy thicc black booty b***h but the ladies love it

I skip it sometimes because sometimes i go too hard on intensity.
I love leg day but my body sometimes cant handle training legs 2 times per week

I skip leg day because my thighs are already too muscular. It looks asymmetrical with the rest of my body. I don't know why, but any amount of muscle building activity with my legs makes all muscle development in my body happen in my legs. For example, last year I was struggling to get to 185lbs for bench but got to 385lbs for 5 with squats in a couple months

I used to hate it because they gay ATG stuff
Do parallel squats and it will feel so good and you'll build an aerobic and neural base to progress into more perfect technique.
Part of the appeal of training upper body is that it is not as demanding as leg training
