I've gotten decent advice when asking pointed questions but as with anything on here you have to sift through the junk and bullshit while also keeping an open mind so you aren't just asking rhetorical questions for validation.

I come here for the mire threads, YLYL, and FPH. i have also gained some forbidden knowledge that has helped me get stronger.
For example: my OHP was slow to grow, along with my delts. IST taught me the utter importance of low weight high rep lateral raises and the importance of dips over shrugs. My OHP is 165 x 1 now as of yesterday. There is quite a bit of gold buried in shit here on IST
