Thryoid profile, make sure it includes
      >T4
      >T3
      >Free T4
      >TSH

      Testosterone, make sure it includes
      >Total testosterone
      >Free testosterone
      >Percentage of free testosterone
      >Albumin
      >SHBG
      >FSH
      >LH

Start with those, do them in a fasted state and 1 hour upon waking up

Lazy pituitary just based on FSH/LH. I would bet sperm parameters are pretty shitty as well.

thanks bros, should i try to seek out trt or is there something one can do to sort out these issues endogenously, i'm not that excited about the idea of trt but something's got to change here

      ngmi

3 times a year. Mid bulk, mid cut, and mid maintence.

      based

I let the guys at the gym meme me into getting my bloodwork done. I assumed my numbers would be high as I'm pretty strong and muscular for a guy pushing 40. Blood sugar, thyroid, cholesterol etc were all good...but my test levels were really low which is hilarious because I was trying to actually max out my numbers in advance of my test.

it happens, maybe you got too fatigued before the test while trying to max out

No, my I got written off as an insane hypochondriac when I called my doctor's office.

"But who says you need those blood tests?" "So you haven't actually spoken to a doctor about this?"

    No point.

Gains are determined by hard work and confidence.

maybe true if your levels are in a healthy range and your gains are coming along fine but if they're fricked your gains will stall similar to how taking excess test will improve them

Every couple of months since I am taking some meds that need them done ro see if it is affecting blood levels plus I gave calcium issues so they want to check things everything had been fine past couple check ups but thry said my folate and potassium are a little low but iron results are excellent would anyone happen to know the cause. My diet is pretty fine since I eat a balanced one

Periodically, yes. I also started getting dexa scans this year. I was way fatter than I thought, so it was great to have the numbers to work with.
I recently decided to check my fasted insulin and glucose, and it seems that my insulin sensitivity is not so good, so now I'm supplementing berberine on my cut. Hopefully that helps.
Looking forward to testing it all again when I'm lean for the first time.

If I were bothered I would make an IQ graph where grug and the big brain don't do blood tests if they feel fine, and (You) the midwit soience enjoyer is testing every week.
