No, I'm already freezing cold all day. Keep my house at 72°F in the winter. During the summer I keep it at 80°F, even 78°F feels a little chilly sometimes if I'm right under a vent for the A/C—which is hard to avoid, house is only ~1,300 sq ft.

What the hell is wrong with muricans?

Oh don't get me wrong, it's more than enough house for me. I just meant that no room is particularly huge, so I am always pretty close to an A/C vent. A lot of family members have houses that are 3,000+ sq ft, and I don't feel cold as easily there, because A/C vents are always far away.

But yes, 1,300 sq ft is often considered a pretty small starter home, particularly in the suburbs. Maybe less so if I was balls deep in a major city, but I can't afford that shit, and wouldn't want to be in a large city even if I could.

        120 m^2 is not a lot for a house.

Google "McMansions", gives you a good idea of the monstrosities that real estate developers in the U.S. like to build.

I'm yuro but why wouldn't they, the land is cheap, the houses are made from plywood and usually 2 stories max, might as well build them wide as frick.

newsflash europoor that's a tiny fricking house. Normal sized houses don't even start until 2500 sq ft here.

Amerimutts are always shocked when they realize the $300k average euro house is a 2 up 2 down terraced home, on street parking, patio garden.
