I have the same problem. I still don't count calories. I have a sense of how much food I eat per day (~1.5 lbs of beef and 2 glasses of milk + some other stuff) and it varies depending on my activity level, how much sleep I've gotten, stress levels, etc. All you have to do is eat slightly more than you're comfortable with at every meal. Your body will adjust and it'll become normal, no calorie-counting required. Also, make sure you're eating a lot of meat.
Eggs also make bulking easy mode. Only reason I don't eat them is my gut is too sensitive, so they give me diarrhea without fail. Probably because they're all dosghit quality where I live. I'd give eggs a try if I were you.
Usually roughly. Bulking now though since I've been losing weight like crazy due to hectic lifestyle, so currently I only count protein and avoid sugar and trannie fats.
Yes I do. Very useful for cutting, and keeps me from getting too fat when bulking.
If you never see improvement, you probably don't count your calories.
No, but I have in the past. Don't need to do it anymore because I know where I'm at. I would say it's useful for most beginners because most people underestimate their calorie intake. They are also shit at tracking macros.
>the protein sits in your gut rotting
its not necessary once you get a feeling for calorie intake.
only eat enough that you are hungry about 1h before each meal.
you'll eventually learn how much that is.
No but i've stopped eating foods with a lot of calories and i usually eyeball it
i would say my range is about 1000-1500 a day, which might still be a lot but hugely different from what i used to eat
I cannot eat enough to gain muscle unless I force myself

Counting calories is something you do for 2 weeks when you start getting into fitness. If you don't know how much you can eat of a certain food after two weeks you must be mentally disabled.
If I was easily influenced, it wouldn't have taken me so long to stop doing nothing and start doing something. Whether it's beneficial or detrimental, that's something I got test for myself.
No ones cares if you personally count calories. The constant CICO threads combined with posters acting like CICO is their religion, are what annoy people like me. They almost seem like bots with how relentlessly, loudly moronic they are.
no. weighing myself in the morning keeping a log and doing small adjustments to amount i eat when needed to stay on right track is much more time efficient
yes, have been every day for the past year. Intuitive eating doesn't work for me because otherwise I wouldn't eat enough. I simply don't think about eating and only ate one-two meals a day before. If I didn't track macros I would literally forget to eat
i spent 6 months cutting and counting every single calorie. i don’t do it anymore because i’ve pretty much memorized the macros and serving sizes of all the foods i eat now
Yes but now I have anorexia and I eat 1400 calories unless I push myself to eat more. Trying to eat 1800 now to gain weight but I'm still fricking terrified
No but I should
Nope because I train hard and I eat a high protein diet and I'm an adult male
Tracking calories is for non-lifters and women because 2 groups have shit tier metabolisms
Fat
STOP COUNTING CALORIES
Yes, with free apps these days its so easy you can probably teach a downy to do it
Nah you get a pretty good idea of how much you should eat after a while
I can never trust myself. After a while you always start slipping.
Counting calories is moronic. If you eat the right foods, your body will regulate itself and you can eat until full. As nature intended.
If you do cardio your body regulates itself.
i can eat like a pig working out, but when I do cardio I never feel hungry.

i have a digital scale and haven't used it in like 20 years
Where is he going?
Is he gonna eat the peel as well
Yes, I don't make gains unless I count

Nope, only fat intake. I've reduced it to ~50g maybe slightly less, protein to appetite and unlimited carbs.
CICO is mental illness.
Post body
>unlimited carbs.
You mean unrestricted
>CICO is mental illness
How's the fupa treating you anon?

This thread convinced me to download the app, IST seethe posts means this is either super cringe or super based. So I might as well try.
>easily influenced
sounds like you also do nofap

If I don’t count all of them I have hard time gaining weight too.

only towards the tail end of a cut when I need to be real strict.
