Do you eat meat? Why?

Do you eat meat? Why?

not much but I don't avoid it, I have autism and the texture of most meats is repulsive to me for whatever reason, can't get it down, most of my protein comes from dairy.

Yes, because it's good and we've been doing it for over a hundred thousand years. I don't let some fake moral dilemma get in the way of all that.

      But isn't meat harmful?

        Anonymous

        yes
because literally everything else but meat, eggs and butter/lard makes me feel like absolute shit.
occasionally i eat some of my own fruits, which i mainly give to my rabbits and chickens, i have wild peaches, pears and raspberries, they're delicious but everytime i eat them i get the shits

literally the only thing anyone can eat without any ill effect at all if one eats only meat, i could write a book on why it's not harmful but that fact alone should make you think

Cause "what the health" documentary on netflix, demonized it, even though the research in that documentary was dogshit.
and cause the government blame cows on all emitions, even though it can be heavily reduced, and its not even close to the emmitions energy production make.

            Yes, mostly because it's tasty.
Personally, I think a strict carnivore diet is a good baseline for a person's intake, but in the end, you should eat however many vegetables your body will decide it wants along with the baseline of meat.

            gnomish propaganda.

meat isnt harmfull if you eat enough plants too. The issue is the lack of vegetables and fruit in peoples diet

          Incorrect
Fruit and vegetables have been proven harmful
They can even cause lumps of indigestible matter to buildup in your intestine causing blockage
Humans are intended to eat animal intestines to obtain our intake of plant matter nutrients

There is no possible way in any language that doesn't involve a foot up the ass of the speaker to describe just how bullshit and completely fabricated this is.

The only possible way I could imagine something like this being remotely the case would be if your intestine is so fucked up already that you can only eat baby foods.

He’s not quite wrong. What’s also concerning is how basically every product of agriculture is full of shit like phthalates and anti nutrients and organic pesticides that block nutrient absorption, fuck with your gut and even mess with your cellular processes.

Anti-oxidants from some fruits and vegetables actually slow down your metabolism and can even fuck with leptin signaling, making you more likely to overeat and gain weight.

Why do vegans always have this greenish-yellow skin tone?

Eating red meat makes your skin more flush/red, IIRC.

Yes, but I want to reduce my intake. I find the footage from abattoirs really disturbing especially when a lot of meat (some halal and all kosher) isn't stunned first.

I'd have no problem with meat if the animals were killed by gassing with an inert gas or something.

because it's an extremely efficient way of obtaining macros/micros and no one seems to be able to ever provide a citation that it's not.
    >b-but my plant macros
fermentation is an extremely ineffective digestive process and the main reason why cows, deer, even gorillas have to be eating almost non-stop all day long for their entire lives.
I'm not going to sit there and eat a barrel of vegetables every single day when I could just eat some vegetables and some meat.
Law of diminishing returns, you have zero arguments against this.
On a long enough scale all things diminish.

Looks cuter on the left. He probably didn't work out on the left while he worked out on the right. Look at that glowing skin colour on the left compared to the red and inflammed colour on the right - I know the lighting and camera might have something to do with it but it's so acute here. Even his eyebrows are degenerating.

          Every single vegan assumes meat=cows
Sure the cattle industry is disgusting and beef is unhealthy, but they all seem to completely ignore that most meat in the world comes from goats, lambs, pigs and chickens; these animals actually live and die pretty well in farms, certainly better than being torn apart by wolves in the wild

Well your logic is wrong so there you go. Meat was not even every day, or even every week. Hunting was unreliable and often what was killed had to be hauled back a distance to the camp where it was likely to spoil.

some people simply do not deserve gods magnanimous gift of the capacity for speech and thought, it leads to idiocy like veganism
