    In the same topic-
    About a year ago, I got in a weird position where I travel every other week to a remote location with nothing close to a gym. It was fricking up my everything gym wise. Got a minimalist setup which can fit into a RAV4.
    >70lb adjustable dumbells
    >adjustable bench
    pullup bar
    >foldup indoor cycle
    It's actually been DAMN effective. I maxed out squats early, but single leg squats are awesome. Dumbbell PPL, cycling when watching TV/playing games, just has made exercising easy as hell. And I pack it all up and transport the whole thing in the back of my suv every weekend.

    You need LESS.
    Take out preacher, dips, lat raise, kettleswing and dumbellwalk

    Leg raises should be performed by contracting the abs on by drawing the legs up.

    Pullups are less important than chinups as lats are worked by rows but biceps are not worked by pullups.
