>no not really. losing weight is easy. the gaining part is what is hard
When half the USA can't lose weight but can gain weight easily well I guess your opinion is dumb and gay
Americans (golems) aren't human so their struggles are irrelevant. Losing weight is the easiest fricking thing on the planet. It's literally the only activity where you succeed by doing nothing. You're losing weight right NOW. You can't possibly gain any more weight than you have in your body right this moment unless you willingly shove some food in your piehole. This basic, incredibly easy test of the most minimal willpower is failed by millions of americans daily because they are slaves who lost their humanity long ago.
losing weight is easy because it's your natural state, gaining weight is easy for someone that's naturally heavier. it's not just waiting around to lose weight, you're painfully hungry and low energy every single day thinking about food, nothing feels fun or enjoyable, so many people fail to stick to diets for a reason, it's not easy unless your body is naturally skinny. what aren't you getting here?

moron logic.
Most fat people aren't actively trying to lose weight. There are many reasons that might be:
- they have stressful jobs and families to take care of and greasy food and snacks is their only respite in life
- they have severe mental illness/depression and getiing slim is not on their mind
- they believe in "body positivity" and bought into the psyop that being fat is not gonna kill them
- they just dont care
- like you, they cope by thinking that losing weight is hard when in reality its piss easy, reverse placebo - they fail because they imagine the task to be difficult
US citizens are literally just conditioned from birth to be prey to the corporations that profit off of gastronomic gluttony and the treatments for the resulting illnesses. It’s not the yardstick to use.
damn nice backtracking but I can't miss something if you never even said it slow stuff. The actual point was losing weight isn't hard if your body is naturally skinny, gaining weight isn't hard if you're naturally fat.
hello obese

>its not the fat fricks stuffing their face 24/7 that are moronic, but the people who eat moderately!!!!
let me guess, 300lbs
your opinions are discarded and don't matter, don't need to be upset contrarian women because I'm right.
>Do you ever think of getting Ozempic
for what? I already lost 90% of the weight I need to lose with normal CICO, those idiots can afford chefs and nutritionists but still opt to get pills.
>Do you ever think of getting Ozempic?
yeah I did get it, but it became a stupid hassle and I quit
As it turns out, the doc can't just give you an RX for it and instead sends you to a weight loss clinic
gotta do some bloodwork tests and other shit first..
they give you this very strict diet plan, like keto but on steroids -
The only things you could eat in unlimited quantities was leafy greens and certain proteins, things like fruits or most vegetables were out of the question, can't have apples or tomatoes but please eat as much canned tuna as you wish
had bi-weekly check-ins
All that hassle to try ozempic wasn't worth it, btw the cost was about 220/USD per month for me
I would recommend people just talk to a nutritionist and create some tailored approach to reach your goals instead of this where it was one solution (theirs) being forced everyone who walked into the clinic
You should only use Ozempic if you’ve already managed to get to extremely low body fat without it. If you haven’t cultivated that discipline, you’re just gonna regain the weight and be dependent on the drug forever. Ozempic is like a cheat code you can only use after you beat the game to make the next playthrough a little easier. Not to mention it will make you lose a lot of muscle too if you aren’t resistance training.
Why would I? I'm not fat
>do you think about fricking your bowels over?
no not really. losing weight is easy. the gaining part is what is hard

they can do the thing you can't do, that must mean you're braindead
>majority of people can't do thing that should be easy
>must be them, I'm definitely not an outlier

Imagine being this willfully ignorant.

Typical IST contrarian homosexualry
If losing weight was easy nobody would be fat lmao

Not reading your wall of seethe. You are objectively wrong. Losing significant body fat is a different task. Sit down.
>too lazy to read an average sized post
No wonder you can't lose weight, weakling
Im leaner than you rajesh. You are just a dumbass. Stop posting. Thanks.

Reading comprehension you dumb bastard. Using context clues we can infer that
> Gaining productive weight is hard.
Getting Amerifat is easy, clean bulking is hard.

I'm not even the guy who typed the first post but I used the power of reading comprehension to understand its meaning
hello obese
>losing weight is eez
post 8-pack
No, I actually like having discipline and self control.
No, I don't need it and if I were to fraud I'd rather take pharma-grade meth than experimental peptides with no track record.
If he's lost weight he's gained it all back. Look at him recently, still fat as hell.
He’s not fat, just barrel chested. My gym teacher was the same. I wonder if it gives you any physical advantages
Losing weight is the easiest thing I've ever done. I was 'permabulking' last year and felt awful so I thought ok i'll cut a few kilos.
3 meals a day, no eating after 7pm, use the indoor bike for 1-2hrs every other day. losing weight rapidly. no sympathy for fatties sorry, its so easy
most people arent losers who can sit on a bicycle for 2 hrs every day. college hands wrote this.

I'm not a fatass, so no; and anyway, coke, meth, and cigarettes (and not buying food) is probably still cheaper than ozempic
I am thinking of roiding though
I don't need it. I changed enough stuff around to where it's not hard to lose it I just have to wait at this point

Sounds like these weight loss scammers are just tricking people into fasting
celebrities promoting something should prompt you to avoid something like the fricking plague
