Sure if by enough you mean for every rep they can plus one failed rep and by eventually you mean next week. But that's not the case because they're dyels curling 20lb barbells. 99% chance they're going halfway to almost exerting themselves and doing it multiple times a week for around 20 total sets reassuring themselves that the gains will come any day now.
I remember the first day I went to the gym I grabbed a 30 lb barbell off the rack and started OHP'ing, I looked like an idiot. I don't feel bad for them, I'm sure they'll find their way soon.
I only hope they know they need to eat properly to gain muscle. that's all I worry about when it comes to newbies in the gym, if they've got their nutrition down and if they'll stick with it. While I do compete with people and smile when I do more weight on an exercise than the next guy, I recognize fitness is a journey. where they were, I once was. where I am, they will be too. where the man ahead of me is, I'll be there myself. We all walk the same road and I pray we all follow it for as long as we live.
I don’t get this punch down mentality, it’s for people with severe inferiority complexes.
I’m an expert in my field of study and I didn’t start off that way on day one, it took years to get here and I’m still working my ass of and learning new things all the time. My 6 year old son sometimes gets frustrated that he isn’t amazing at something he just picked up and I keep telling him it takes reps reps reps and hard work.
I know it’s sometimes fun to be a prick but sneering at people who just started working out, or just started anything, is just plain moronic.
Curling 20lb barbells is not the equivalent of day one in a field of study. It's more like day 1250 in a mental institution. It's like reading Dr. Suess every day and telling people you're well on your way to being a literature expert.
If I see a physically able man curling 20 lbs barbells I’d assume:
1. They are new, weak and starting light to learn the basics and get into a routine.
2. They are warming up.
3. They are doing drop sets.
4. They are super casuals and don’t know what they are doing.
I find if funny how delusional those skeletons are. Every guy who weighs 130lbs seems to think he's eating 4000+ calories like a pig every single day, when if you actually monitor what they eat you sew that they eat nothing
The only advice to give these skellys is to EAT, all their effort in the gym is wasted with no food. But they never listen anyway
Yeah. That's why I gave up on coaching anyone and giving any fricks about it.
My friend started hitting the gym, he asked me for help, started going with me, I told him what to do and some other important shit, he had some good gains for the first few months and went from benching 1pl8 to benching close to 2pl8s x1, which was pretty good, but then his progress halted, he was going up or down and his physique wasn't really improving anymore, and he still looks skelly-ish.
He asked me what could be wrong. I told him that he should be gaining weight, and if he doesn't, he should eat more, and that's what is stopping his progress. He was like, nah, I probably should hit the gym more, so he started going 5 times a week, lmao. Fricking hell, even the local bodybuilder who looks like he could easily compete told him that he probably isn't eating and that's what's stopping him, he even gave him some other dietary tips and wanted him to write it down, like what to eat on a budget and stuff. My friend shrugged it off and told me that the guy's a meathead.
Then my friend started eating a lot and he noticed that his lifts have skyrocketed, and he told me that he never thought that food really affects muscle building so much. No shit dude, it's not like everyone has been telling you that for the past year or something.
Really, normies have every piece of knowledge about muscle building laid on a silver plate nowadays, and they will still ignore it and have no results for years. It's amazing.
We all gotta start somewhere.
But I gotta say, it's kinda pathetic hearing people say they struggle to bench the bar or curling a 20 lb ez-bar like in your example. How can your muscles be so atrophied as a man that you are that weak?
The only people I ever see curling 20lb bars are females and the elderly, so not really.
no because if they curl the 20 lb barbells enough eventually they'll be able to curl heavier barbells

My barbell weighs 44lbs

No, I don't feel bad for anyone taking care of themselves and getting a little exercise. I feel bad for the c**ts sat at home atrophying

They know if others improve it lowers their status and that's not a good thing for those on the cusp on being a total loser.
Back you go newbie pol(reddit) awaits
R*tard.

How so?
Metaphorically.

It’s not a big deal.
i only feel bad for those who don't even try.
I feel bad for the skeletons curling 0lbs at home
no. most of us have been there at some point. as long as they're putting in the work and training properly, I'm happy for them.
Sort of since I was that weak once and I know how horrible it can feel
I don't believe in self pity
Yo I curl with 20 lbs dumbbells and still have 16 inches arms don't diss me

a skeleton curling 20 lbs is much closer to making it than a fatass curling 100 lbs, so no
Yes ofcourse, because it's a stupid exercise.
>feeling bad for anyone
You should only care about yourself, your wants and desires
Why would I feel bad for myself?
I used to be that skeleton once, and you as well, stop acting like you jumped into the gym benching and curling 2 pl8 as your warmup.
A 12 year old girl could curl a 20lb barbell.
I meant i started curling 20 lb dumbbells, there are no 20 lb barbells where I live only 45s.
Exactly. Skellies can curl 40lb barbells so if you see someone curling 20 they are not taking it seriously and it's appropriate to laugh.
trying hard to imagine the type of homosexual who feels upset because he sees other men exercising in the gym
>Do you feel bad for the skeletons curling 20 lb barbells?
>thinks nerd in an Oly lift position is curling the bar
Can't make this shit up.
Nice self-own you weak genetic deadend

Yes, they are wasting their time with a vanity lift.
