    Not for a single day. I follow what my great grandpa does closer than what some random advice online says. He's nearly 100 with a full head of hair and he's able to walk using his own power and he's on no medication other than an aspirin and some Tylenol when his joints get creaky.

        Every morning he gets up at 6:30am and starts the day with full body stretching followed by half a dozen donuts with 2 cups of coffee and a tall glass of milk for breakfast. After breakfast he goes for a power walk for 30 minutes. Usually his day is full of stuff like sudoku, crosswords, and other mentally stimulating activities when he's not hanging out with people or going to see one of his girlfriends. He normally skips lunch unless he's going out to eat with someone. For dinner he almost always has fish or steak with potatoes and whatever vegetable is cheap with a piece of pie for dessert. He'll go for another walk after eating dinner but not as intensely. At night he unwinds with at most 1 beer and some TV before heading to bed around 9:30 every night.

            I've never asked him something like that, but he has 3 girlfriends and senior communities are always a hotbed of STDs, so I assume he has a lot of sex

            Other than the donuts I don't see what's unhealthy about his nutrition, but otherwise yeah. Weird how simple and effective those few things are for keeping him so healthy for how old he is

        Basically just, while you're studying take short like 15-30 second breaks where you just sit there with you eyes closed and it should help you remember what you've been studying better long term

    His advice on getting direct sunlight on the eyeballs from the morning sun completely cured my degenerate sleeping schedule. I thought I was a chronic insomniac and doomed to never sleep well, but such a simple strategy really completely revived my circadian clock

    NEVER go on hgh + trt. It's a death sentence. Or well I guess it started becoming somewhat appropriate for his age but definitely dont do it in your twenties. When you are 50+ who the frick even cares.

            It's 190, I corrected it in the post under the first one.
            I'm very depressed and have generalized anxiety. I eat ok I think, no fast food, 85kg at 183cm or 187lbs at 6'0.
            I could work out more but my energy levels are often extremely low but I at least go for a walk daily. I thought it was the depression but maybe it's the testosterone, I don't take anti depressants but I do go to therapy. I sleep ok, especially since I'm always tired I fall asleep easily.

You can even Google TRT doctors/clinics that specialist in men's problems. You will be a different man, perhaps the man you were always meant to be.

                I started lifting almost 20 years ago. There are many days where it feels almost impossible though, I think I will really do some research on TRT.

    I don't know why he is so famous, maybe because everyone writes in caps NEUROSCIENTIST before quoting something he said. I have watched some of his videos and he takes 20 minutes to say the same thing you can get from the first result in a google search. You can replace him with a beginner tier youtuber in almost any topic.

    I have yet to hear something new or clever from this guy that I haven't heard before from a thousand other 'health celebrities'.
    Seriously he is not bringing anything to the discussion. I feel like he must be someone with a big wallet and a degree because all of the sudden we got spammed with interviews from everyone inviting him to cover old topics in which he gives the same answers that were already old 10 years ago.
