I exercise fraud: I sneakily go to the gym 5-6 days per week, creep around doing 2-4 sets of 12 reps to failure of various exercises for my legs, arms, chest, back, and core, and slink home to eat 2k+ calories and at least 1g protein for each pound of bodyweight, and clandestinely do this for 3-5 years depending on genetics to look apparently really swole, then I very quietly cut my calorie intake to below my TDEE while maintaining a high protein intake to cut my bf% to below 12%. This trick has saved me countless hours and has lead to me having the appearance of being a ripped body builder, but I know I'm just a fraud 😉
