cool story bro
growed your dick by 4 inches too right?
It works though, there's clinical experiments confirming it even
It works...(just keep taking it multiple times a day for the rest of your life bro also hopefully it doesn't frick your dick 😉 )
This. I have heard it messes with sex drive. It is really testosterone that makes men bald so you would have to lower it to lessen the stress hormone it produces that makes your hair fall off.
Maybe incels consider a lower sex drive a win, it is less bothersome
it's actually testosterone being converted into dihydrotestosterone that makes you bald, so if you're balding then you have low t
>dihydrotestosterone
"Dihydrotestosterone is a hormone that stimulates the development of male characteristics (an androgen)."
i have adhd so my sex drive is through the roof. there are literally no downsides besides possible gyno. but these side effects are rare
You are third world
>London is the most dangerous shithole in Europe
>yu are furd wurld
silly paki
Balding is completely reversible if you are in your teens and 20s, why don't more people do anything about it? I hate seeing bald men or "just shave it" bros. All you have to is use Finasteride pill/topical spray which is like €10-30 euros a year. Why don't young people in your country fix their balding?
what dysgenic moron balds in his teens?
I knew a few in school, their dads were completely bald
ben jij dezelfde flikker die ook altijd paalt in de nederdraad over norwood
No, I don't even speak Dutch (I'm a German invader).
That may be the case, but for me, I know that losing my hair would damage my mental health way more. So I'm taking that risk.
How much does it cost in your country? For me it's 200 Euros per year.
My dick is working (for now?). I just tested it. I guess troons take it because a "woman" with male battern baldness looks even more moronic than a man with male pattern baldness. I don't know how much the other stuff they take lowers DHT production.
ignore those beta homies that get side effects those side effects are in basically every fricking prescription medication and ive taken a lot of shit never had any issues, only betacuck sissies get problems
My grandpa was from Slovakia and he looked like Dr. Phil at 18
He had 12 kids btw
Is it reversible in the 30s?
Yes but if you might not be able to fully fill in temples, it will stop hair loss for sure though . If you can do that, then it’s a good first step
I don't like the idea of being a pharmaceutical slave for the rest of my life.
>Finasteride
Doesn't it frick your sperm up?
It's not a common side effect and your sperm will return to normal after you stop taking it.
Though like
says it's a snake oil treatment anyway.
u s of a
yes i do
the guy in this pic is on estrogen
I'm using minoxidil, might start using finasteride to fix my receding hairline
>use Acutane for less then Two weeks
>still have dry lips to this day
No thanks gay, I’m not going to fall for another catch all be all solution again
I thought I was alone in this. I took accutane for about a month when I was 15, I can't imagine what other effects it had on me but it definitely fricked my lips up.
>he needs to take drugs to keep a full head of hear
lmaoooooooo
I don't seem to have a very high density of androgen receptors in my skin anywhere on my body, which I suppose is genetic. I am virtually bald from the eyebrows down, except for my pubic area. Sure I get stubble on my chin, but I can't grow a full beard at the age of 34 and I likely never will. I suppose I should count this as a blessing of sorts.
>I suppose I should count this as a blessing of sorts.
yes you can
t. med turk
I had a friend of Swedish descent who looked like that, didn't bald either
Well no, they're just saying that medications being approved don't mean they don't have side effects
my ass hair is longer than my beard, I shaved my ass 3 weeks ago and shaved my beard 2 months ago
>SUP CHOOMS
No, I have good genes.
Yes. And I have some ED. Actually I'm on dut since a few months ago at 28. Was on fin since 18. I still look 18 -21 according to a lot of people. I have wondered if it's blocked development in some ways. I grow no body or facial hair and more or less look the same as when I started. Any other long term fin bros relate?
Finasteride is an anti-androgen you moron, you killed your test for years (and your liver)
But it's a small dose. Any derma will prescribe it. And FDA approved for it. I doubt it would be on the market and so widely used if it really hurts you.
>I doubt it would be on the market and so widely used if it really hurts you.
kek
Ah yes. The based red pilled chuddies above all the sheeple. Let me guess da jooz control the world too right?
>thinking unhealthy products exist on the market is a schizo conspiracy theory now
there are no meds that are safe, every med has a side effect, and meds like accutane and finasteride play with more than just your brain chemistry. it's foolish to think something that changes your hormone profile is "100 percent safe and effective". i would wager finasteride and accutane are probably worse on the body than most vaccines and SSRIs and shit
Because the government never let something slip into consumers hands knowing it was bad for them right? That's never happened right?
Tobacco, teflon, thalidomide, but sure, trust the science, they're peer reviewed and have licenses after all
just shave your head instead of living in delusion
How many boosters did you take? You trust the science, right?
Breh docs were pushing oxy as a non addictive pain killer not even 20 years ago. Are you moronic?
>I doubt it would be on the market and so widely used if it really hurts you.
You’re a legitimate moron even for this website’s standards. I hope for your sake that was satire
Why did you hop on dutasteride? I tried dut but it made me feel weird and killed my dick so I went back to fin
Finasteride is a medication that is primarily used in the treatment of male pattern baldness and benign prostatic hyperplasia. However, taking Finasteride can have several negative consequences, which can be categorized into physical, sexual, and psychological effects.
Physical side effects may include:
Allergic reactions: Some individuals may experience an allergic reaction to the drug, which can manifest as rashes, hives, or difficulty breathing.
Gynecomastia: A small percentage of users may develop abnormal breast growth or enlarged breasts.
Swelling: Swelling in various parts of the body, such as the hands, feet, and face, may occur.
Sexual side effects include:
Erectile dysfunction: Finasteride can cause difficulty in achieving or maintaining an erection, which can be a significant concern for many users.
Decreased libido: Some users may experience a decrease in sexual desire or interest.
Reduced ejaculate volume: Finasteride can lead to a reduction in the amount of semen produced during ejaculation.
Psychological side effects:
Depression: There have been reports of Finasteride users experiencing depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.
Suicidal thoughts: In rare cases, individuals may experience suicidal thoughts or behaviors
I remember jerking off 3 times a day as usual on finisteride, side effects are probably <1%
Frick finasteride. I need a finn ass to ride!
This pun was underappreciated, have a (You)
also you're gay
>takes finasteride
>eventually still loses hair
if you don't go full HRT + fin from the start you're ngmi
my hair is fine so no. it's everything else that is the problem.
i still have my hair but i will go on it if i start losing it
Any opinions on topical finasteride vs. finasteride pills?
Don't expect to go from NW4, 5 or even 7 to a full head of hair. Maybe you can revert some area that is only thinning a bit. But the real benefit is that it drastically slows balding down. maybe even stops it completely if it's not aggressive.
Donald Trump has been on fin for decades and I bet that he won't go bald any time soon.
So if you want to take it, take it if you are 25 and NW1.5 or 2, right when you see the earliest signs of thinning.
Also, it lowers DHT by 70%. Free testosterone is unchanged or even slightly elevated. DHT is the stuff that makes you a man in puberty and you don't really need it if you are fully grown. Free test is the stuff that makes you act like a man (aggression, building muscle, confidence). I would never frick with my free test, but after blocking DHT my slightly thinning hair reverted, my dandruff is gone, and my back acne (DHT plays a role in skin oil production).
It's definitely an option if you have side effects on oral fin (oral fin lowers your serum DHT, but what you care about is your scalp DHT, which is also lowered if your serum DHT is lowered for a long enough time, so topical is a more focussed solution because it targets scalp DHT primarily). But oral fin has more studies showing efficacy, so if you don't have sides on oral fin it's the safer option for keeping your hair I would suspect.
DHT is not free testosterone.
DHT has neuro-protective properties that are not yet fully understood.
Doesnt change facts that its a troon chemical that makes your dick not work. What the frick do you even need hair for when you are incapable of having sex. I guess you start having homosex with other men fricking your ass then.
>and you don't really need it if you are fully grown
Yes you do, you really really do:
>Research has shown that 5α-reductase is the rate-limiting enzyme in neurosteroid synthesis, specifically in the conversion of progesterone to allopregnanolone, low levels of allopregnanolone has been tied to depression, anxiety and schizophrenia. Sleep deprivation can enhance 5α-reductase expression and activity in the prefrontal cortex, leading to mania-related symptoms in rats.
This basically says that 5αR limits allopregnanolone production, and low levels of allopregnanolone is bad
>low levels of allopregnanolone has been tied to depression, anxiety and schizophrenia
But fin is a 5αR inhibitor, so it would result in higher levels of allopregnanolone if 5αR is the thing that limits it in the first place.
The study says
>furthermore, finasteride (10–100mg/kg, IP) dose-dependently ameliorated PPI deficits, hyperactivity, and risk-taking behaviors, in a fashion akin to the antipsychotic haloperidol and the mood stabilizer lithium carbonate.
So fin is the cure in this case, and the problem is 5αR being too high (5αR converts test to DHT, so blocking 5αR with fin blocks DHT which causes balding).
Donald had several hair implant operations. And he did when they were bad, that's why he has the fricked up hairstyle. His father at some point also got one.
What about taking fin at 30yo with NW3 ? Would it make me go back to NW2 for example ?
Fin alone probably not. But staying at NW3 is still a lot better than balding any further. If you want a higher chance for regrowth, dutasteride may be an option (DHT blockers generally only regrow thinning areas, dutasteride more than finasteride). If the receded spots aren't completely bald, if there are baby hairs for example minoxidil + microneedling (together with fin of course) might bring you back to NW2, fin alone would be highly unlikely.
There are always hyper or nonresponders, so you might be lucky. Also NW3 is still easy to fix with a hair transplant.
Nope. One day I will probably look like my dad on the right but he didn't lose his hair until his mid 50's so I am fine with that.
dont post your family on IST moron
meddl loide
Finasteride works by blocking testosterone production, is used literally by troons and can cause permanent erectile impotence and homosexuality. Just shave your head or get a wig moron
Your testosterone increases on Fin
i'm scared of the side effects though
nope ebcause its expensive and i need a prescription
I use minoxidil and dermaroll
I was on Fin for about three years in my mid 20's. It slowed the process down a tiny bit but I gave up at 27 when the baldspot was the size of my palm and I started getting heart palpitations everyday. That shit is poison.
bitchass soyass homie
like a 150e
Anon, why are you acting like an edgy teenager?
Stfu homosexual
You should’ve tried dutastride
Similar experience. I messed around with minoxidil and fin, but I started getting palpitations and PVCs and stopped. It’s occurred to me that as much as I think I look better with hair, going back throughout my life, I’ve had more sexual partners the shorter my hair was, so whatever it is exactly women find to like about me, it doesn’t seem to be hair.
>it doesn’t seem to be hair.
It's not. Women dig confidence.
Men who are insecure and afraid of losing their hair gives them "the ick" if we're using zoomer terms. They don't give a frick if you are going bald as long as you aren't behaving like some insecure teenager about it.
Hell, my older brother was bald as an egg by the age of 23 and he managed to raise five kids before he was 35.
Yeah, even if you normally have nice hair, there’s obvious confidence in getting rid of it, like you know your face is all you need, no hiding it, no distracting from it.
Does it work on facial hair?
Is it harmful?
Minoxidil works better for facial hair, and after a period of using it, you can just quit and your new facial hair will remain. Not the case if you are using it for your hair.
ED is mostly psychological. That is why it occurs in depressed people, that is why people can't get it up with a girl if they are anxious

No. Huge beard, thick hair, lots of body hair. 36yo, zero signs of balding.
But if I started losing my hair I would cut it off. Frick off with all those chemicals and cope drugs. Stop being a fricking homosexual.
No, I didn't get cursed with the balding gene, instead I got the eyelet gene.
I take dutasteride
Is it so you can keep having cute anime boy hair?
Hell no. Hair is the least of my problems in life. If nature wants me to be a long haired bald man, I am gonna be a long haired bald man.
No, I just shave it.
Thats insane. Huge recovery there, congrats
Why the frick do you c**ts always discuss balding here, every day what the frick
IST - Hairloss Discussion
I'm the same. Sometimes I get scared to pull my bangs back because I don't wanna see how bad it is
its over
norwood 3 here
Bro that's NW2 frick off.
Wish I had that kind of hairline
Finasteride is troony pills and it fricks with your brain and balls
>chemical cope
just grow it out or buzz it
If you don't abuse the frick out of your body then you will not go bald
I went bald at 19-20. Never drank, never smoked, ate my veggies, worked out and played sports.
So that's a fricking lie.
your parents probably raped you or gave you bad medicine as a child or something
More likely, you're just mentally ill.
at least I have hair
Instead of finasteride, try out spironolactone, its less dangerous for your liver and works wonders when paired with estradiol valerate
>spironolactone
i noticed a lot of drugs that promote hair growth also lower blood pressure. why is that? there must be some connection with high blood pressure and hair loss
Im not sure but i do know that in cases like spironolactone they were originally intended as blood pressure medication and the anti-androgen effects were an unintended side-effect
Why is a woman getting plastic surgery considering hiding their real self but men taking titty sprinkles because it'll stop their hair loss is okay?
holy ESL
>ESL thinks a long sentence he can't comprehend with his ESL mind is wrong
Every single time
you will always be a baldcel
I'm glad i'm a mutt honestly. If i was fully euro i'm sure i'd be bald by now.
ru58841 + min + dermarolling, but I'm thinking about switching from ru to fin.
>dermarolling
meme or nah?
how do i buy effective pills without shelling out money for dermatologist every month
I have the same hairline that I had 25 years ago.
No, it's actually rather decent.
England
Yes, 1mg every other day for over two years now.
why do wh*toids have shitty hair genes?
No but i will soon
sex
Homosexual.
Will you ever return to Russia you humongous homosexual?
Shedding hair like crazy right now. Tell me what to do so I don't end up like that pic on the left in a year.
Finasteride
My brother tried fin pretty early when he started balding and it didn't do shit, except maybe slow it down. So he gave up.
Joe Rogan went even more extreme, he tried min, fin, and had multiple hair transplants and he's still completely bald.
Seems like you're only prolonging the inevitable, and giving tens of thousands of dollars to swindlers selling you on hope.
joe rogan is also a steroid junkie so he’s a bad example. fin and minoxidil works well for most people
