Even at my peak eating disorder where you could see all my ribs and my entire spine, I still had this little pouch. I’m 20 now and I have had this for as far as I can remember. I’m finally at a healthy and stable weight but I find myself struggling because of this sometimes. I find that I am unable to wear low rise jeans because they’ll sit right under this crease and it’s uncomfortable. Does anyone else deal with this/have a similar body type?

Over time pay attention to your vitamin and mineral intakes for optimal gains, especially potassium as it is crucial for proper muscle function.
You are just skinny fat. High body fat even though your weight isn't that high. You can correct this with anything. Treadmill is one, lifting weights is another.

You need to fast to tighten you skin and get more muscles if you want that gone.
Basically you need cycles of autophagy and protein deficit (~4 day water fasts) and then periods of overeating meat, while getting tons of glycine for collagen production.
You want to exercise a bit everytime you end a fast.
If you lose too much weight you either eat more or add sugar.
Women should hold onto more fat than men, even without adding sugar, but all should lose some bodyfat from this.
This method can also make stretch marks less visible.
Just don't turn it into an eating disoerder. Fasting too long or too frequently is dangerous.

It's really about making your body destroy skin proteins and upregulate autophagy.
But the effect of a 4 day fast is many times higher than the effect of 4 seperate 24h fasts.
Also it helps to not eat seed oils, but that generally takes a very long time to take effect, their half-life is 680 days.
Very simply put, they have a different conformation than saturated fats and hence cause lower density body fat deposition, which is less firm.
There is some study out there that showed lower breast density in women some, I believe 10 years after chronic seed oil consumption.
Other than that you can try supplementing glycine, taurine, cysteine, TMG(Trimethylglycine) and vitamin C.
Those are important for collagen synthesis and antioxidant production. 6g, 6g, 1g, 1g and 100mg per day should be good.
Other things like magnesium or zinc might also help since they regulate a lot of processes in our bodies, but I am not sure.
Those are obviously all crutches and inferior to eating ancestrally + fasting, but that's all I can think off.
Do mind that you might have to supplement for months to see noticeable changes, but there are obviously additional benefits.
Also just doing some abs training can induce change.

Hello. This picture is my goal. I want to cut until the lower belly paunch goes away and I can see veins in my lower abs.
Current stats:
34M 5'8" ~152 lbs ~11% bodyfat
I've been cutting since ~180 lbs. I have permanent vascularity on my forearms, shoulders, and upper chest now.
I've been as low as like 138 lbs ~2015 and still had that lower belly paunch, but I have more muscle now and more knowledge of how to cut while preserving muscle.
It's possible that we'll both have some loose skin that needs to tighten up from carrying fat there for so long.
I keep spreadsheets to track my progress and keep me going but I may reach this goal around 140 lbs now.
I quit drinking and have been doing keto + IF + black coffee + yohimbine HCl + lifting in my 3-5RM range at least once a week.
I will not start bulking again until I reach my goal this time even if I have to be underweight to do so.
Oh yeah, and read The Stubborn Fat Solution by Lyle McDonald. If you're lazy, just look up stuff about the ratio of alpha-adrenoreceptors to beta-adrenoreceptors in stubborn fat. There's a reason why it's the absolute last pound to go.

Just lift at maintainance or leanbulk and do 8-10 reps and 3x5-5x5 on compounds. Don't forget to train abs and walk/jog a decent amount.
