Can you answer questions in a slick and sophisticated way, like someone on tv who has it as their profession doing it. Any actual answers you give matter very little with the sole exception of if you need to have specific knowledge, then throwing out a few general terms and bullshit explanations that sound like you have a clue that would fit on an a4 sheet should patch up the rest of it.

At the time I hit the 200kg deadlift 1 rep max so I mentioned it because it was recent. I'm pretty sure he was impressed by it because after hiring me he asked about it.
