Never felt that coke gave me any problems because it still lets me sleep and doesn't really frick me up much and I don't find it that appetite suppressing either, but speed really kills my gains. No sleep, no appetite and can take me 3 days to feel normal again. It's funny looking through my training log because you can always tell by the gaps when I took it.

Like no matter if it's speed or coke, I wouldn't expect to sleep or eat for a long time anyway but if it was coke I can eventually rest, get better sleep and regain my appetite a lot quicker than if it was speed, and I don't need 2-3 days to be back to normal.
Also, when I do coke at a party the party probably won't end until 8 the next morning. Of course I would have trouble sleeping if I went home at 2 instead.

The coke in itself isn't that bad. The problem is that you never JUST do coke, on coke you're usually drinking massive amounts of alcohol and out clubbing till 4am and so not sleeping well. You'd be fine doing coke by itself, but what would be the point of that >t. Was always on coke at uni, usually had a full case of beer to myself before even going out, and then drink like 15 vodka redbulls in clubs

Then I don't feel right till Wednesday, so I lift then and do chest and back. Same with Thursday, arms and shoulders. Friday I'd immediately start drinking and sniffing after finishing work, repeat. But then sometimes I'd end up out round town on coke Tuesday night too, and then I wouldn't lift all week
It's not a lifestyle you can make gains on lmao. It should be fine if you're only doing it on special occasions like Christmas though, but it will 100% frick you over if you're on it all the time
