I know there aren't any studies showing that it can cause hair-loss, but I see a noticeable difference both after taking it for several months and being off it for several months. For me it absolutely affects my hair density, and yes I'm already balding with or without the creatine. Creatine just makes it worse.
The data is incredibly weak, but I stopped taking creatine after I first noticed the slightest evidence of thinning, just to be on the safe side. Even if there's only a 1% chance creatine has an effect on hairloss, that's not something I want to gamble on. I haven't used creatine in years and it honestly doesn't really matter in terms of gym performance
Same, I took creatine for less than a month and noticed thinning around my temples. I could've already been thinning there and just noticed because of the hair loss meme, but no point in risking the acceleration of this shit. I kind of miss the little push creatine gave me, but I've already surpassed all of my creatine boosted lifts so who cares
Besides genetics, I feel like nothing causes balding more than worrying about balding. You're just going to stress yourself out which in turn will speed up the process.
balding causes hair loss, hoped this helped 🙂
Bro stop trolling lol
bro answer is no, creatine isn't going to send you over the edge if you're going to start balding you'll do so creatine or not
do i take creatine everyday or just before working out like the packaging says?

So if I'm not balding it shouldn't be an issue?
It may cause you to start balding if your follicles are genetically susceptible to DHT.

Placebo.
No, its a literal meme that newbies asked about so much that people forgot it was a joke
Balding is genetic.

unfortunately once the ball is rolling that's it, no shit it's stressful
No. Only genetics do.
