It didn't for me. But it didn't do anything either. It didn't make me any better, and when I stopped taking it again nothing happened. I don't understand why people swear by it. It's fricking nothing.
Some people don't respond well to creatine, it happens. Even for people that do respond to it, creatine doesn't make a huge difference. Gets converted to ATP, which cells use for energy. So helps you work a little harder, maybe an extra rep or set. Also loads water into muscle cells, so they look fuller. And there are some indications that it has cognitive benefits. But not like anyone is missing out on a ton of gains by not taking it.

Because beginners. Fitness sphere is packed to the breasts with beginners and people who spin their wheels for years with mediocre or even novice lifts. There's so many fricking morons who claim that creatine boosts their strength by 20% or something ridiculous like that. Yeah I mean when you are fricking benching 60kg you can get 20% stronger on your "creatine cycle" because you fricking lifted. You could have went from 60kg to 72kg in matter of weeks without creatine too because you are a fricking noob.
Its just so obvious that it doesnt do anything because if you would bench 3pl8 and then took creatine, your bench wouldnt go up by 20%. Its literally that fricking easily proven. The real impact of creatine thats not impacted by you being a beginner and just actually progressive overloading for once and having motivation to lift is somewhere in idk like 0,5% - 1% range maybe. If you can bench 100kg and then you take creatine I can see you putting 100,5kg or maybe even 101kg and getting it because you are loaded to the gills with water.
I've abused stimulants, did manual labor in my 20s, and taken 5g creatine almost daily for a decade. I have a full head of hair down to my nipples at 34.
You are braindead. You have a full head of hair because you don`t have MPB, obviously creatine wouldn`t change anything because you won`t lose hair regardless.

Does creatine cause hairloss?
Yes, creatine does speed up hairloss on a lot of people.
I know of one personal case where a friend took creatine, having a full head of hair at the time. He is now significantly into male pattern baldness two years later. Possibly just coincidence but enough to dissuade me from ever taking that ting myself.
Why does creatine constipate me regardless of how much water i drink? I've got a big ass 64 fl oz tumbler I drink out of and even after drinking two of those daily I still can't shit when on creatine
get shift-clicked idiot
based
Kek
these guys take T supps and have lost their hair and shrunk their dicks as well
No. If you are balding on creatine, you were going to bald without it.

only useful for roiders but obviously that's not how they market it

However, I also abused stimulants and did manual labor. YMMV.
have you ever smoked meth?

Tried it when I was 26 and lost a shitton of hair and went to NW3 from just a week of usage. It never came back. Had to shave it off by 30

Try eating some fiber or just enjoy the bussy gains from heaving out dry compacted shits.
damn she hot
There is one study that suggests creatine raises DHT.
DHT is what causes men to go bald to varying degrees.
If you have genetic propensity to balding it stands to reason that the possibly elevated DHT levels from creatine could accelerate it.
